A few months back I posted on my weight-loss journey and its progress. At the time (in May) I had gone down a little over 5lbs I think but mostly inflammation was what I’d lost. I’m proud to say I’m now down 25lbs and am still a work in progress but couldn’t be happier with where I am now. From 217lbs to 192lbs, I’ve been blessed with little to no symptoms of the GLP1 and continue to remain consistent throughout the process.

But I want to be transparent through this journey.. it’s not a cakewalk or some lose weight fast joke.. it’s work. It’s dedicated. Its commitment. It’s being true to your body and understanding what it needs at all times. It’s taking care of yourself not just physically but mentally. In my experience it’s working out, eating right, and getting enough sleep (I’m working on this one most).

Everyone’s journey in GLP1 is their own and I would never speak on how someone should or shouldn’t do things but for me.. this is my personal journey and a true lifestyle that I’ve conformed to.

This medication changed my life. Reversed my PCOS/PMOS symptoms completely. It gave me back my life and I couldn’t be happier with where it’s going.

If you’re interested pursuing your weight loss journey and live in the pasco county area, contact Expanded Health ph# (813)991-4744. I’ve also tagged their location in this post. The providers there are truly the best support you could ever have. 🫶🏼

If you’ve followed me long, you’ve seen weight transformation before. It’s been over 6 years now since I’d been at my healthiest and best weight but now I’m back on that journey. Through life circumstances, COVID then, and now struggling with PCOS, my battle has been ongoing. And now.. I’m finally back on track. It’s been 2 weeks since the photo on the right was taken and my journey is just beginning. With the help of GLP1, a strict high protein/ low carb diet, and consistent exercise I’ve managed to control my PCOS and lose weight in the process.

Many mock GLPs, saying it’s the easy way out. But I’ll be the first to say it absolutely isn’t. It’s just as much work and effort. If not more vigorous to maintain… for me at least.

With that I say be kind to those who struggle and take it with true purpose of medical care and desire to simply be healthy. by @j_annrey
