Supersprint finnish championships🏅

Finnished 4th overall and 2nd on U19🥈

The highlight of the race for me was my swim. Never before have I managed to get such a good result out on a swim-course than I did today.😍

I had the fastest T1 of the race and jumped on the bike at the same time as the leading group.🤯 Unfortunately my competition was awake strategically by knowing my stregths and weaknesses so they got rid of me in an instant😭😅

After having to cycle my legs out I didn't have enough gas nor will-power left to do any major noice on the run-course. 🫠

Result excluded I'm still really happy about the fact that I got a glimpse of light in my swimming-ability.
💪🥹

For that I'm super grateful to my coaches who I have worked with all-year-long in order to get to this point🙏🙏
Thank you @tipeltol & @j.stromsholm

Mainos: @hartsportfi 💚:

Ratakausi on lähtenyt Hartsportin keulakuvilla vauhdikkkaasti liikkeelle.👀💨

Viime viikonloppuna Kuortaneen yleisurheilu GP:ssä molemmat miehet rikkoivat omat 1500m:n ennätyksensä ajoilla:
3.41,70 @joonasskumpulainen ja
3.52,58 @j_stromsholm

Hartsport oli jälleen tukemassa suoritukseen valmistautumisessa sekä siitä palautumisessa. Kisaan valmistauduttiin Hartsportin energiageelien sekä urheilujuoman ja elektrolyyttien voimin. Palautumisessa hyödynnettin proteiinipatukoita, jotka toimivat samalla hyvänä palkintona kovista suorituksista!😋 by @j_stromsholm
