A day volunteering for @tfagym at the Sport Assist Charity Golf Tournament was filled with a tonne of laughs, amazing people and my gorgeous team mates @shan_dagenais and @jac.van.d. Our assignment: eat a pudding cup for time with a golf tee, so squishing and no fingers, there definitely some laughs had. What a day! Thanks Rob for including us in all the fun! taken in Bear Mountain Golf Club by @jac.van.d

My Aunty Cheryl came to town y'all 🥰

We went here and there, ate some food, cried and laughed at the world. Had some great first times together too.
Beaver tail, China Town, Spiral Staircase, island hopping, Pags, The Sizzler, Bao, a Sea plane tour, fiber arts market, Butchart Gardens, The Ruby, and giant kitty flubbs.

Full cup✨ I love you so much! 🤗❤️ taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @jac.van.d

Quick boat and drive-by sweatering in Silverdale, WA.
Met up with my other bestie Renny and his brother Cody for a couple days. My inner child came out at an airshow and on a whim, we got some ink to touch up our friendship, again.

Best of luck on your next adventure Cody. We love you and are so proud of the man you've become.

Almost 43 years of friendship

That time @shimmy_cakes @thecraftynorseman and @ladybuug__13 popped by to say hello.

Got some food, went to the bookstore, had some more food with a side of food poisoning, mingled with some of Victoria's finest drag queens, and got chills on a ghost tour.

Short, but oh so sweet.

Love you bestie 🫶🏼 by @jac.van.d

1 year ago, I walked up these stairs after 9 weeks of therapy and counselling. I took a cab from the facility to make the first class of the day. 63 days without wrapping up...

Jen was always someone I looked up to, definitely before treatment. She took time after that class to grab a coffee, listen to my experience, and even shared some of her self with me. I wouldn't have asked for that morning to go any other way.

@jenklein.ca Thank you for being your authentic self. For showing me what it means to be strong physically, mentally and emotionally. For seeing me, when I didn't.

My corner isn't looking so lonely these days.

Here's to another year of being brave, and chasing vitality. by @jac.van.d
