✨ Read the Caption ✨
“Imam no punya-bhāgam sabbasattānam dema. Sabbe sattā sukhitā hontu.”

(We share this loving-kindness with all sentient beings. May all beings be happy and at peace.)

การเป็นภิกษุนั้นเป็นพรอันประเสริฐยิ่ง✨

I was deeply honored to temporarily ordain as a monk— a journey that allowed me to reconnect with my ancestral roots near Kushinagar, one of Buddhism’s most sacred sites. This experience enriched my understanding of Shakyamuni Buddha’s teachings, particularly meditation and loving-kindness (metta), which have brought clarity, compassion, and peace into my life. Though my ordination has ended, its lessons will remain with me always. May you all be happy and at peace!
