Week 36, 37 & 38: A whirlwind of a couple weeks with us experiencing the authentic Amsterdam experience (ie the housing crisis 💀🫠) BUT we managed to land the most beautiful home and we couldn't be more grateful. Beers with friends, pigeons, many hours spent staring at our view, werk and making the most of the sun when it comes out. Living abroad deffs isn't as easy as it looks sometimes, but we are so lucky to have built a beautiful community here and have all our people back home 🤍

Week 33, 34 & 35: Soaking up the last of summer with our pals (blink and you'll miss it), spending lots of quality time with our stray Helen and fav Colombian Laura, seeing the solar eclipse (!!!), trying delicious homecooked Fijian food thanks to Jace, being mooned/crowd surfed by a bunch of random drunk French guys (?) and meeting all sorts of wonderful people along the way ✨🌈🤍

Chilling backstage with my debonair nephew when he got asked to model high-end jewelry for one of the designers! 😳

Elevation often comes down to location. Surround yourself with the right people and opportunities, and blessings will follow! 💙

Apologies in advance, I don't know the photographer - please tag!

“For me, becoming isn’t about arriving somewhere or achieving a certain aim. I see it instead as forward motion, a means of evolving, a way to reach continuously toward a better self. The journey doesn’t end.”
— Michelle Obama

It was great to meet government staffers, international NGOs, NGOs from across the country, diplomats and UN Officials at the UN. We got to brainstorm ideas for finding different ways to create a prosperous world. I can’t wait to be back in DC next week to brief Congress at Capitol Hill as a youth ambassador for the “United To Beat Malaria” campaign under the UN Foundation. The future of diplomacy is bright as long as we continue to work together to create change.

🇺🇳 IN Network staff at the United Nations Association of the USA’s Global Engagement Summit on February 16th!

The team had such a rewarding experience connecting with amazing advocates from all walks of life at the United Nations. The IN team had the opportunity to listen to UN workers, young people, and sustainable fashion designers who are striving forward to protect human rights.

One special highlight was observing the daily press briefing hosted by the Secretary General of the UN’s spokesperson, Stéphane Dujarric! We are so grateful to Spokesperson Dujarric and the United Nations Association for this incredible opportunity. We’re so thankful for all of their support!

🩵 Interested in joining IN Network? We welcome applications for youth volunteers! We are stronger when we are together.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏾 IN Network team meeting!

After meeting with our founder from @statedept, we’ve developed new projects and strategized ways of how we can effectively include more young people in #NationalSecurity!

We look forward to working with more dedicated youth activists to shape a more safe, humanitarian world.

Stay tuned for what’s to come!
