The winner here is the chunky jam layer. And the soft crust.

The Neenish tarts in Shelley’s Country Bakehouse were delicious. Found by the Tart sniffing dog. Who also resembles a Neenish Tart.

A Neenish from Wandin Bakery.

A deep dish tart (relatable). A smooth jam filling being the highlight. Still on the hunt for a variety in icing toppings. 6/10
