The Last Two Step: A Farewell to Human Country Jukebox

Time to hang up the spurs and head for greener pastures after thousands of shows, tens of thousands of beers and whiskeys, and dozens of band members. Join us for our farewell concerts: three consecutive nights at Madam's Organ, our home base for nearly 17 years.

Each night will feature guests from our past and present and a different set list, encompassing the entirety of the band's repertoire. Three nights, three unique shows, all HCJ.

We'll be recording audio and video of all three shows, so our friends that can't make it can still celebrate with us in spirit.

Thursday: 9:30pm - 1:30am
Friday: 9:30pm - 1:30am
Saturday: 9:30pm - 1:30am

Chef’s Table on Netflix is one of my favorite documentary series about how cooking and food has shaped the lives of talented chefs in many different countries. What if that premise CAME TO LIFE FOR A LIVE EVENT and curated unique culinary experiences?! It did! The first ever (*Inaugural) @chefstableofficial Festival was put on in Park City, UT where the organizers brought in over 70 celebrated chefs from around the world and paired them with some of our amazing local chefs for a restaurant takeover of over 30 different restaurants and locations. To say this was a spectacular and amazingly executed event is the understatement of the year! Over the four day period, three lunches, two dinners, different discussion panels where food industry experts and inspiring culinary talents spoke about a variety of subjects. Enjoyed the fun VIP Lounges called The Clubhouse and Wynn Lounge that hosted daily activations, intriguing discussions, different pop-ups, caviar bumps, fun tastings, customized hats and jackets and they gave out lots of swag and more. Lastly, the after party was a blast at one of my favorite restaurants in Park City, @ledepotpc, who also hosted the Chef’s Table Content Hub and some of the interesting panels throughout the event.

After years of whiskey-soaked weekends, bad decisions, busted boot heels, and more two steppin’ than should legally happen on Madams Organ hardwood floors… it’s finally time for THE LAST TWO STEP.

This weekend, Human Country Jukebox rides off into the neon sunset at Madam's Organ for one final round of country gold, dive bar romance, and sweaty late-night salvation.

Come kiss somebody you shouldn’t. Cry in the bathroom. Spill beer on your ex. Lose your voice. Find religion. Then lose it again around midnight.

We’re giving this band the loud, rowdy, slightly inappropriate sendoff they deserve.
