🍁🍂 Um domingo inesquecível em família! ❤️

🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️💗 50 years of history, strength, and achievements!

Today, I had the privilege of being part of the 50th edition of the Boston 10K for Women. More than just running 10K, it’s about celebrating women’s strength, freedom, and all the women who paved the way for us. So proud to be part of this history! 💪✨

My best half marathon time in 10 years! 🥹🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏅

Today in Maine, it was 13.1 miles of strength, emotion, and determination. After 10 years, proving to myself that I can still push my limits was simply unforgettable. ❤️✨

What a race. What a day. What an achievement! 🍂🏅
I will come back best year Maine!🤩💪😍

I don’t just teach the method, I live it. 🤍

Before teaching any movement, I experience it in my own body. Back to where it all began Mat Pilates, mastering the basics and building from there.

Today: 18+ Beginner Mat exercises, plus Bridge, Side Stretch, Push-Up & more. 🌿

Just me, nature, my mat, and the method I love. ✨🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🩷💪

Para ensinar o método, é preciso vivê-lo. 🤍

Eu vivo Pilates. ✨💪🩷

Costumo dizer que a Educação Física me escolheu. 💙

Feliz Dia do Profissional de Educação Física! 💪💙
