Over a year into doing this, and I haven’t lost an ounce of passion for it, so I figured it was probably time to launch a website 🎉

I started coaching because I realized bigger numbers in a bank account weren’t enough on their own. I wanted to live a life that actually felt meaningful, and help other people do the same.

Getting to work with clients as they find more fulfillment, focus, energy, confidence, and clarity in their lives while unlocking new levels of growth in their careers and businesses has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

I’ve also loved getting opportunities to speak, share ideas, and connect with people in a bigger way through this “work,” but this doesn’t feel like work to me. I genuinely love showing up for it.

Officiating two of my best friends’ wedding was one of the most honorable experiences of my life.

When Brooke & Paul (iced me on their boat) and asked me to officiate their wedding this summer it was an immediate yes.

The preparation was fun, diving into their past, their love for each other, and the life they intend to build - and then crafting their story to share with the most important people in their lives.

When it was show time though, I felt more nerves than I’ve felt before stepping up to any stage or start line. The feeling wasn’t unfamiliar, but it was different because my execution wasn’t for me, it was for them.

Reminding myself that they trusted me to guide one of the most important days of their lives wasn’t what created the nervousness, but what gave me the self-belief that the ceremony would go off without a hitch. They trusted me because they know me, and I trusted me because I’ve done this before. Spoken to a crowd, needed to perform, been on a stage, practiced and presented a speech, etc. This was just a new context, and the most meaningful one yet.

Evidence I’ve stacked was what made me know I was capable, and the same is true for Brooke and Paul. Seeing and understanding their relationship has been the evidence that allowed me to speak from the heart and trust the future that we pronounced and celebrated together.
