I had the idea for this song shortly after my grandfather died. I was having a drink before a show and just started talking to God about him. Afterwards, I thought it felt a little unorthodox, but it made me laugh that it’s something my grandfather would’ve done, and Jesus doesn’t care where you talk to him. “Drinkin On A Prayer”

no one prepares you for the emotions that come with leaving the house you brought your baby home to😭🥹 this home holds more memories than I can even begin to count. but most importantly it’s where jackson & I fell in love, where we got engaged, found out we were pregnant, brought our baby home to & the place where our family began. the most bittersweet goodbye but I am so excited to pass this gem on to the next family to love. ❤️ forever grateful for Lozier Street. we will miss you but we are even more excited for our next adventure!!!
