Pinch me✨🥈Professional Dynamic🥈 @ Haven and Heels 2026 @havenheelsph

A pole goal this year was to do one last dynamic/hard on stage before I turn 40 next month (yep this is my age that everyone's curious about 🙈) - and HH stage was perfect for this to rep 🇲🇾 thank you PH team, finally I get to exp what everyone's been saying how incredibly organised and chill this event is 🫨

The competition level was so high - grateful / honored to share the stage with so many talents from around the globe, and met new friends along the way 😍

Thank you judges
@quanbui07 @aleksandra__karolina @dorisarnoldpoledancer and thank you to everyone there/livestream for screaming your lungs out for me 😊

And a highlight of finally meeting @chillirox in the flesh from watching MPDA for years online (my favorite OG competition show) 😍 just had to include her reading out my script in this video. I meant to include MJs real voice in my performance but it exceeded the 4 minutes limit so thank you and an honor, Chili 😍 by @jaclynchooo

3rd collab with @shibarimalaysia 🥳 it always feels like a dream.

Realising that all 3 performances were so different - from frontal, 270 degree (?) and to this 360 degree audience view, the tie setup, vibes? 🤭 Thank you Lisa and @poledancemovement for the opportunity to explore something different for me/us each time we step on stage + my own practice to be a better performer 🥹

Thank you to my fam cam videos sent through for this compilation mems 🤗

@kellytyy as usual my makeup artist and mama @ne_de_la_mer for fixing my hairrrr
@kapurikorn, lighting was beautiful and perfect 👌

Wearing @iloveperkybutt sequin top, honestly the best and no slips for the things I do. I don't like fiddling around readjusting while I pretzel or fling myself around ✨😂 by @jaclynchooo

Never in my wildest dream that I would be able to pull off a Spatchcock on stage on a whim, and to be named Exogen Bali 2025's Freestyle Champ 🥺 Honored to be sharing the stage with so many high-level line up of friends in the same category, many of whom I look up to before I even started competing in pole and meeting new friends!

It's been a roller coaster of emotions these two days reflecting on what happened (from losing my Earbuds in the ocean a day before, to being judged and awarded by my favorite @apolelin, to losing my pants post-event 🤣) but mostly, how did I get here is so surreal.

What I have put out here is my most authentic self (while hardstyle is my alter ego that I've been working on the past 2 years on static). This year my goal was to reconnect with spin pole and heels, and I was lucky to be given a slow tune, a song that I have never heard of, a risk/challenge I wanted to just take upon myself.

Key process:
- I did not hear the lyrics, only finding out post event that it's a 'hummingbird with no legs to fly' 😅
- I borrowed a chair from @cherryb.poledancer the night before, but found this rolly chair during rehearsals, where @ne_de_la_mer and I were floor rolling about backstage waiting for our slot, mems! ❤️
- I only planned my opening spin on the chair, and was inspired by a recent freestyle performance to play with my cardigan and left the rest to whatever happens to just yolo and be ME on stage
- the rest was dependant on my body reacting naturally to any layers I hear 🥺
- in my head during the opening, if I were given a fast song which I HOPED for, I would have gone the dynamic way 😅 hoped, because, I was excited to be judged by @apolelin + @anela.kuzmina!
- wow the song is short, I wanted to dive into the water and was sad the lights turned off!

All in all, this felt like an ode to my pole journey, a celebration of my journey and growth thanks to my mama @ne_de_la_mer who's taught me so much about dance, coerced me to take up chair dancing 🥺 I owe it to her.

thank you + appreciation to @misty.vixenn @nadiabali_exoticpole for the opportunity to perform (and the surprise no song reveal 🤣😅)

I've been sitting on my @havenheelsph official videos by @itspravinbro, thank you for the mems 😇

Sharing a select of my favorite moments including where I got to showcase spontaneity + lil moments of joy performing from my heart 🥰

Wearing @jewelheels_shanghai
- these gorgeous shoes were soooo comfy that I had so much fun creating my dynamic spins, skates, glides, heel drops, bounces, kips, landings etc 💖

Would you be able to guess which part was a freestyle thanks to these shoes? 💞

++ @flowychic gifted me the bikini last year which I thought was perfect to showcase my inner 🧨🔥 😁 thank you, Jenn! by @jaclynchooo
