Two years ago we were rebuilding Joe’s back.

Last week he squatted 600.

I drove down to south Georgia to be there for it. Sat down with him after the lift and got into all of it. The rehab, what having a coach has meant for him, and what he’s going after next. Check it out!

Proud of you, bro! @liljoe63 by @jacoberowell

Had to make sure these two were ready for marriage 😂💍

I’ve been training David and Paige together for the last year and a half, so with their wedding coming up this weekend, I couldn’t let their last workout before the big day be a normal one.

So I put together The Vow.

After a year and a half of workouts, plenty of competition, and a lot of laughs, it was only right to give them one more challenge before they get married.

They passed. Certificate earned 😂

Congratulations David and Paige! It’s been awesome getting to be a small part of y’alls journey. Couldn’t be happier for the two of you! taken in Fitness at Five by @jacoberowell

School’s out. Training isn’t.

The fall and winter seasons are won in the summer.

I’m taking on a limited number of middle and high school athletes this summer for one on one or small group training.

Speed, strength, and better movement, programmed around their sport.

Spots are filling for July.

Parents, DM “ATHLETE” and we’ll start with a free phone call, then a free in person assessment. taken in Fitness at Five by @jacoberowell

Life’s been moving fast lately. Between training, travel, football, and everything in between, I never got around to posting much of it. So here’s a photo dump from the last year. by @jacoberowell

Reflecting on the past few months, it’s been a constant reminder of what this journey is really about. Now, with draft weekend underway, everything comes full circle.

College Gridiron Showcase in Fort Worth
NFL Combine in Indianapolis
Georgia Southern Pro Day in Statesboro
Temple Pro Day in Philadelphia
Vanderbilt Pro Day in Nashville

Miles traveled. Relationships built. Opportunities created.

A lot of the work never gets seen. It doesn’t show up in headlines or draft projections, but it matters. Every conversation, every evaluation, and every trip was about putting my guys in the best position possible.

Got to experience some great cities, eat incredible food, and take in a few landmarks along the way, but it always came back to the work. I’m grateful for the journey and everyone who’s been part of it. Feeling blessed to be in this position as we head into Day 2 of the NFL Draft. by @jacoberowell

Was a pleasure working with pro basketball player @kajarius4harris while he was in town this past month. In just 3.5 weeks, KJ made massive progress and showed what elite work ethic looks like. He added 3 inches to his broad jump, increased his trap bar deadlift 1RM by 50 lbs, and gained 6 lbs of muscle while losing 2 lbs of body fat. Proud of the intensity and focus he brought to every session and excited to see him take this momentum back to Mexico. Wishing him continued success moving forward. 🏀💪 taken in Fitness at Five by @jacoberowell

PSA is proud to announce the signing of Elijah Steward to an NFL Standard Representation Agreement.

One of the most accomplished wide receivers in Lafayette College history, Elijah built a career defined by consistency and production, finishing ranked second all time in receptions and fifth all time in receiving yards. A key contributor to the Leopards’ high-powered offense, he earned All–Patriot League Second Team honors in three consecutive seasons and totaled 176 receptions for 2,246 yards and 12 touchdowns across 39 career games.

Elijah’s career was highlighted by a historic performance during the 2024 season, when he set two school records with 15 receptions and 244 receiving yards, then capped the day with a game winning touchdown with 35 seconds remaining against Monmouth University. Known as an elite route runner, he consistently wins with tempo, footwork, and speed, using precision and intelligence to create separation against man coverage at all three levels.

As Elijah enters the professional evaluation process, our focus will be on positioning his production, polish, and competitive edge to translate effectively at the next level.

We’re excited to have Theron Gaines and Brendan Harrington competing at the @collegegridironshowcase this weekend. This opportunity was earned through hard work, consistency, and professionalism.

We’ll be there every step of the way, focused, prepared, and aligned on the objective. Moments like this are where preparation meets opportunity.

Trust the process. Compete with purpose.

Best of luck this weekend, men.

It’s time to go to work!

PSA is proud to announce the signing of Theron Gaines to an NFL Standard Representation Agreement!

One of the most impactful defenders in the FCS during the 2025 season, Theron produced at an elite level! He recorded 92 total tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss, and 6.5 sacks, while adding both a fumble return touchdown and an interception return touchdown. He also graded as one of the top linebackers in the country, earning an 85.6 PFF grade, reinforcing his consistency, instincts, and all-around impact. His performance earned national and conference recognition as a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award, FCS First Team All-American (FCS Football Central), FCS Second Team All-American (Stats Perform), and First Team All-Conference (OVC).

As Theron enters the professional evaluation phase, we will be focused on leveraging his production, versatility, and data-backed performance to secure an opportunity at the next level. The standard remains the same: preparation, positioning, and execution.
