Progress speaks for itself! 💪

337 lbs ➡️ Under 200 lbs. 💪

Results like these don’t happen overnight. They come from showing up consistently, putting in the work, and sticking with it even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Really proud of Jason and the progress he’s made so far. He’s put in a lot of hard work to get to this point and we are not done yet! 👊

Training with a purpose 💪

8 weeks ago Aaron came to me as a lifter with no running background. This past weekend he finished his first Savage Race in 1:34:35, 169th out of 1,260 competitors.

6’3”, 225 lbs, and still outran most of the people out there.😳

Proud of the work he put in. Onto the next challenge!👊 @fitness_with_myers

Two years ago we were rebuilding Joe’s back.

Last week he squatted 600.

I drove down to south Georgia to be there for it. Sat down with him after the lift and got into all of it. The rehab, what having a coach has meant for him, and what he’s going after next. Check it out!

Proud of you, bro! @liljoe63

Had to make sure these two were ready for marriage 😂💍

I’ve been training David and Paige together for the last year and a half, so with their wedding coming up this weekend, I couldn’t let their last workout before the big day be a normal one.

So I put together The Vow.

After a year and a half of workouts, plenty of competition, and a lot of laughs, it was only right to give them one more challenge before they get married.

They passed. Certificate earned 😂

Congratulations David and Paige! It’s been awesome getting to be a small part of y’alls journey. Couldn’t be happier for the two of you!

My strength athletes put together a strong month in the gym.

Strength isn’t built in a day. It’s earned through consistent effort, attention to detail, and showing up week after week. These lifts are the result of trusting the process.

July highlights:
💥 Joe — 505 × 2 Bench Press
💥 Nick — 405 + Chains × 5 Box Squat (~465 lbs at lockout)
💥 Nick — 455 lb Reverse Band Sumo Deadlift (~415 off the floor and ~450 at lockout)
💥 George — 315 × 8 Back Squat

Proud of the work these guys continue to put in! On to the next PR! 💪

School’s out. Training isn’t.

The fall and winter seasons are won in the summer.

I’m taking on a limited number of middle and high school athletes this summer for one on one or small group training.

Speed, strength, and better movement, programmed around their sport.

Spots are filling for July.

Parents, DM “ATHLETE” and we’ll start with a free phone call, then a free in person assessment.

WARM UP of the day: back extension + med ball throw

This exercise can be used to warm up the posterior chain for explosive movements such as deadlifts, squats, or even your golf swing!

🚨 CLIENT PR ALERT 🚨

Huge week for my online powerlifting client, Joe.

💥 530 lb Bench Press PR (Touch & Go)
💥 510 lb x 4 Squat PR (yes, the squats were done in Jordans🤦‍♂️😂)

Numbers like these don’t happen by accident. Strength is built through years of hard work and countless sessions that nobody sees. These lifts are simply the reward for that effort.

Joe has continued to trust the process, put in the work, and show up consistently week after week. Proud of everything he has accomplished and excited to see what the next training block brings.

Let’s keep building!💪

🚨 100 Sessions Down 🚨

I want to congratulate my client M for reaching 100 training sessions with me and for graduating college this past week!

Over the last year, M has consistently shown up ready to work and has brought a great attitude and energy to every session.

It has been an absolute pleasure getting to work with her, and I am excited to see what the future holds as she begins her career as a @delta flight attendant. I wish her nothing but success in this next chapter.

Congrats again, M!👏 @mm.midd

Results speak. Effort shows. Progress compounds.

She shows up, puts in the work on her own, and doubles down alongside her husband each week. That consistency is what drives real progress. Proud of this one. More to come.
