Meet the J+B boys. 💚

J+B began with the lifestyle we were already living at home and the kinds of foods I was making for our three boys. They have always been such a big part of the heart behind J+B, so of course, we had to name a menu item after each of them:

Gray’s Snack—Grayson
Aiden’s Snack—Aiden
Emer’s Nachos—Emerson

The boys behind the sweetest names on our menu. 🥹💚

A millennial business owner moment 🥹 Growing up listening to @chingy and now hearing him give J+B a shout-out on the news is pretty surreal! We love seeing St. Louis support St. Louis—and we’re so grateful to be part of his wellness routine. 💚

Hey, I’m Jake! 👋

If you’re new here, I figured it was time to introduce myself too.

I’m the other half of J+B Wellness! While Brittany is the creative force behind our menu, marketing, and all the fun ideas, I’m the numbers guy.

By day, I work in finance as a Senior Financial Analyst for a children’s mental health organization. Outside of my day job, I help manage the financial side of J+B, oversee operations, and make sure everything behind the scenes keeps running smoothly.

When I’m not working, I’m usually at CrossFit, spending time with Brittany and our three boys, or cheering them on at whatever sport they’re playing that season.

Building J+B together has been one of the most rewarding things we’ve ever done. Watching this community grow and seeing so many familiar faces walk through our doors each week is something we’ll never take for granted.

Whether you’ve been with us since day one or just found us recently, thank you for supporting our dream. We truly couldn’t do it without you. 🤍 by @jacobmcdermott
