Question: What’s working for you?

I sat down with @kylekittleson of @medcircleofficial for a day to talk about all of it: mental health, sustainable wellness, childhood trauma, healing, addiction, recovery, suicide loss and resilience.

My path is unique, but I’m not alone on this journey. 🙏🏼

Hey, it hasn’t been easy, but it’s been 100% worth it. I’m not even close to done or perfect, but I’ve learned a thing or two that others have found helpful. That’s why I do what I do, to try to help others find their own path to healing.

Comment below and let’s talk more about what’s working for you. 👇

Jacob’s “aha moment” came when he became a father.

Overnight, his days were full and trying to juggle appointments, records, and questions about his health on top of that just wasn’t sustainable.

Choosing functional medicine was, for him, about taking back control of a complex health picture and putting a team around him who could help him understand his labs, make a long-term plan, and protect his energy and health span so he can show up for his family now and in the years ahead.

As you think about your own healthy family traditions, ask yourself: What’s one health goal that would be easier to reach with support, instead of managing it all on your own?

This is healthcare designed for you, and for the people you love. by @jacobmoore

Two souls. Two missions. One shared purpose: to save lives.

Today I want to take a moment to honor two leaders in the mental health and suicide prevention movement, two people who have walked beside me in our shared mission to help people stay here tomorrow.

@jacobmoore and @shantidas404 are as different as they are aligned, each with their own origin stories, their own healing frameworks, their own paths to purpose. But both have built life-saving legacies that continue to change the world one human being, at a time.

JACOB MOORE The Bridge Builder

Jacob’s work has always blown me away. He took his pain, his lived experience, and turned it into a roadmap for others to find their way back to hope. His @the5bridges to Wellness program is one of the most innovative, practical, and empowering well-being frameworks out there.

He’s a teacher, a guide, a truth-teller, and a friend who shows up consistently online, offline, in communities across the country.

His future endeavors? Even bigger. Jacob is building communities, curriculum, and digital tools that will touch millions.

SHANTI DAS — The Movement Maker

Shanti’s impact is legendary. When she created Silence the Shame, she created a movement, a global force that destigmatized conversations about mental health long before it was trending. Her storytelling, her advocacy, her deep compassion for communities of color, high-risk populations, and those historically left out of the wellness conversation… it’s extraordinary.

And I’ll always cherish sitting down with her on the @silencetheshame Podcast.
Shanti doesn’t just speak about mental health. She embodies it. She reaches into communities with love and awareness, building programs and campaigns that uplift.

And what she’s building next? It’s going to shake the world in the best way.
DIFFERENT APPROACHES. SAME HEART. SAME MISSION.

Jacob meets people where they are and teaches them how to rebuild from the inside out.
Shanti meets people where the silence has been strongest and breaks it wide open

To both of you: Thank you by @jacobmoore

👉 What if your ADHD isn’t broken… what if it’s your advantage?
For years, I carried shame about my ADHD—thinking I needed to fix it.
But here’s what I’ve learned: my brain isn’t broken. It’s wired differently, and that difference helps me create, connect, and do some pretty incredible things. by @jacobmoore

Witnessing my own father’s struggle and suicide taught me an invaluable lesson: we have to learn to save ourselves.

I spent battling my own mental health challenges and seeing no lasting solutions from traditional routes. My answer? Creating a personal wellness strategy.

It’s not about waiting for help, it's about designing a plan that works for you. Learn from my journey: from chaos and despair to clarity. You deserve more than just hope—craft your own route to wellness now. by @jacobmoore

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads who are present, healing, and growing.

I see you step-, found- and adopted-dads (especially mine) who show up.

I feel you fellow lost boys mourning dead dads.

I honor you solo moms who are masterfully doing the impossible.

Here’s to anyone helping to raise compassionate boys to be the next generation of kind and loving dads. by @jacobmoore
