Ran into a couple giants at the TBF team trail toc at Lake George. This 7.33 largie and 5.73 smallie took both lunkers on day 2 and helped secure a 3rd place finish. Sadly we weighed in some small ones both days and fell about 2 pounds short of the win taken in Lake George, New York by @jacobswanson_

Ran down to table rock for the strike king road to the opens. After leading on day 1 I seemed to run out of shallow fish on day two resulting in falling to 3rd place. Disappointing to be so close and fall short but still a fun tournament! Looking forward to a couple fall derbs up north

Huge shoutout to Martel hvac and laxfield property management and Hayabusa fishing for making this possible taken in Table Rock Lake by @jacobswanson_

After a catastrophic failure on day one decided to give the smallies a break and found some largies to crack a 20 bag

One of the keys to some of my recent success targeting these summer time fish on Champlain has been the Hayabusa 3/16 oz multi use round jig head. I have found that the hook is the right balance between being strong enough to withstand the force of those smallies but also thin enough to ensure sticking the fish regardless if you get the perfect hook set or not taken in Lake Champlain by @jacobswanson_

The waves won the battle today, brought in 18-11 falling just outside of the top 10. Overall a good finish that still qualifies us for Hartwell in November!

Had a blast on Champlain. Caught countless smallies and got a last minute kicker to anchor a 21-7 bag putting me tied for 12th going into day 2. Gonna try and do it again tomorrow going out as boat 80 due in at 2:00 taken in Lake Champlain by @jacobswanson_
