As someone who stays pretty active with the gym + running, prioritizing recovery is something I often push off. But after pushing through for a little too long, my body was in dire need of a day for RECOVERY! 💆🏽‍♀️ so I decided to check out @city.cave.southlake for an Infrared Sauna session and a Float Therapy session.
I’d tried traditional saunas before, but the infrared sauna has benefits that you just can’t get with a simple sauna session. Once I finished sweating it out for 45 minutes, it was time to shower and get ready for my Float Therapy session.
Float Therapy was completely new to me and it was truly my favorite part of the experience. Not only did it help my muscles relax, but it also helped my mind unwind as well.
@city.cave.southlake has created a unique experience tailored to meet your wellness, recovery, and spa needs. Give them a follow and book a session today! 🧘🏽‍♀️🧖🏼‍♀️🩵
