Nine years ago you made us Mom and Dad, and nothing about life has been the same since, in the very best way. Being your parents has been the greatest adventure.

You keep us laughing with your sarcasm, impress us with your athleticism and creativity, and every now and then you let that sweet, loving side show that reminds us our first baby is still in there. Watching you grow up right before our eyes is something we will never take for granted.

“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.” - Psalm 127:3

Of all the good things in this world that the Lord has blessed Kelsey and I with, none can compare to the gift of children. At 4:46 this morning, more of our prayers were answered as we welcomed a healthy, beautiful little girl into our wonderful family. Sawyer Marie has already melted our hearts, and we eagerly await the moment that we get to see her do the same with Caden and Maddox.
Both Kelsey and Sawyer are doing great. Caden, Maddox, Sawyer, and I are truly blessed to have such a strong and courageous woman in our lives. It’s absolutely amazing to witness another life being brought into this world, and the way my beautiful wife undertook such a daunting task with absolute grace and selflessness, is beyond powerful. I’ve said this many times but it’s worth repeating: if the Lord chooses to give me nothing else in this life, he has already given me more than enough. by @jagaines_3
