While I’ve been taking some time away from the screen to recharge, my love for turning tired houses into profitable investments hasn't changed—but a few other things have.

Beyond the design world, here’s a bit about the person behind the pixels:

Have you ever wondered why some designs just work?

It's more than just aesthetics – it's about building on a strong foundation.
In design, that foundation is built on fundamentals like:

✴️Hierarchy: Guiding the eye to what's important first. Think of it as the framework of your story - you need a clear beginning, middle, and end to make sense.

✴️Balance: Creating visual equilibrium and harmony. Imagine trying to build a house on uneven ground - it just wouldn't stand! Balance provides stability and makes the design pleasing to the eye.

✴️Unity: Ensuring all elements work together in harmony. A design shouldn't feel disjointed. Every piece should contribute to the overall message, like instruments in an orchestra creating a beautiful symphony.

But you cannot achieve that without having a systems in place to bring the vision to live without
