We’re really excited for this one!! Second round of Yin Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing ✨

An evening to slow down, tend to the nervous system and connect in with your body, mind and spirit ㅤꨄ︎ Laura will be leading us through an hour Yin Yoga practice (gentle and slow), Jai will take us on a relaxing sound journey and Missy will nourish our body’s with the potent practice of Reiki — our intention is that you leave feeling a little more relaxed, a little more connected to yourself and a little more held 🙏

First release tickets $55 + bf
Second release tickets $65 + bf

Studying at the Sound Healing Academy has gifted me a practice to recognize Peace Within my being ☺️ No matter the external circumstances I know how to guide myself to the inner stillness of being where peace naturally resides 🧘🏻‍♂️

In my Diploma case studies, participants reported many positive impacts of this practice including:
