Studying at the Sound Healing Academy has gifted me a practice to recognize Peace Within my being ☺️ No matter the external circumstances I know how to guide myself to the inner stillness of being where peace naturally resides 🧘🏻‍♂️

In my Diploma case studies, participants reported many positive impacts of this practice including:
- Deep relaxation of mind and body
- Relieving muscle tension and physical pain
- Easing stress
- Emotional release
- Improvement of sleep
- Nervous system regulation

Thankyou @soundhealingacademy_int and @treemendushealth for sharing your wisdom
