You spend years chasing the high sports give you the adrenaline, the competition, the feeling of being alive.

Until you realize…

You loved the sport so much, you forgot to find out who you were without it.

It was what you did.

Never who you were. taken in Yukon High School by @jake.belp

If you truly want it, you can do it!

But first, get clear on what you want.

Chase that.
And eliminate the small distractions pulling you off course.

Direction determines destiny. 🎯 taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @jake.belp

YOU AREN’T YOUR PAST‼️

Don’t let your past dictate your path.

We get one shot at life, don’t let yesterday’s pain or today’s pressure derail your purpose.

What happened to you doesn’t define you… how you rise from it does. taken in United States of America by @jake.belp

Your purpose will bring you more joy than anything you do or did.

Seek joy over happiness. Happiness is often tied to the good times, but joy can still be found in the hard ones. Learning to find joy in both can pull you closer to your purpose.

It all comes down to perspective.

A positive perspective moves you closer. A negative one can pull you further away. taken in Yukon High School by @jake.belp

Purpose can be one of the hardest questions we ever have to answer.

And the truth is, we may have more than one purpose throughout our lives.

But purpose will always lead us toward serving others and the joy found in purpose will always outweigh the temporary happiness of what we achieve.

Purpose isn’t just about what you do. It’s about who you serve. taken in Yukon High School by @jake.belp

COMMUNITY!

We could have all the money, all the fame, all the things but what we really want is the people.

The community. The connection with everyone around us. Chase meaningful relationships, not temporary things. taken in Yukon High School by @jake.belp

FALSE REALITY‼️

Social media will have you questioning your worth while feeding you just enough dopamine to keep scrolling.

Comparison creates a false reality.
Validation becomes addictive.
And the more you consume, the more disconnected you become from yourself.

Protect your mind.
Real growth doesn’t happen in a false reality. taken in United States of America by @jake.belp

WHERE BELIEF GOES CONFIDENCE GROWS‼️

Confidence isn’t something you’re given, it’s built through experience.

It starts with being believed in… and grows when you choose to believe in yourself.

Every rep, every step, every time you show up you’re proving to yourself who you are.

Doubt fades when belief becomes a habit.

Believe it. You can. You will.

FAITH‼️

It is what it is,

What’s meant for you won’t miss you.
What left was supposed to.
What doesn’t make sense now will make sense later.

Things aren’t falling apart they are falling into place.

DEVELOPMENT‼️

Who are you as a person?

You can be physically developed all you want, but if you can’t win the battle in your head, you’ll limit the potential you have.

Strengthen yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
