Post-Catch Instinct is the difference between 20 yard gains and 70 yard touchdowns.

“Instinct” is hard to define and difficult to train. The best method for development is exposure. Use this simple 3v3 YAC Game to work Real Speed & In-Game Intuition.

It’s a catching drill, blocking drill, vision drill, tackling drill, speed drill, agility drill all in one.

**March Recap - Better late than never 🤷🏻‍♀️

March was jam packed! We started the month in Florida for the World Championships for both kiddos and extended our stay to kick it with the fam at Disney World for a few days. Got back to AZ just in time Spring Break ☀️

Zoey spent the month at the track. This is her first season and she has DEFINITELY found her sports calling!

Maddox tried out and made a club baseball team and is still perfecting his fishing skills all while being in 7v7 season with The Five Stars.

Rudy and I just spend our days shuttling these little humans from one event to the next. It’s a good thing that our sports tribe just travels along with us 🤣

The recruiting process is no joke. You need to know it like the back of your hand if you want to compete at the next level.

Here’s the hard truth: if you rely solely on your coaches or family to handle it for you, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. Trust me—I’ve been there. I made the mistake of relying on others instead of getting the facts straight from the source. That one decision impacted my recruiting journey heavily.

But you don’t have to repeat my mistakes. Do your research. Understand where you are in the process—are you on coaches’ radars? Are you reaching out to schools? Are you even prepared to sell yourself as a recruit?

If you feel lost or don’t even know where to start, I’ve got you. I created an eBook to help athletes like you take control of your recruitment. It’s packed with strategies and insights to make sure you’re not just sitting on the sidelines waiting for opportunities—they don’t just show up, you have to create them.

📲 Hit the link in my bio to grab the eBook and start enhancing your recruiting process today.

The recruiting game has changed. Don’t wait around. Take action now, and let’s get you where you deserve to be. #CoachBrigz

You don’t have to be qualified for God to call you..‼️

That hit me hard while pouring into these kids at the FCA camp. God’s been blessing me big lately, and this was a solid reminder of His grace—He meets us right where we are, no matter how imperfect. Like people say, “God qualifies the called,” not the other way around..

Stay ready—He’s got big plans for you, even if you don’t see it yet! #Goddid #Godisdoing #ThankYouLord

Navigating the Recruiting Process with Unexpected Eligibility‼️

My recruiting process taught me one big lesson: you’ve got to take control of your own journey. Even people with the best intentions—like my head coach—can make mistakes that impact your future. At first, he told schools I only had one year of eligibility left, which limited my options big time. But after I did some digging myself, we found out I actually had two years left. That changed everything. Bigger programs like Kansas and USC started showing interest, and what could’ve been a Division 2 path turned into a shot at going Division 1. Moral of the story: don’t assume anyone else will handle your business better than you will.

The mental aspect of sports is just as important as the physical. At TFA we’re training our athletes on both so they can dominate in all aspects. Thank you Coach Jake for leading our young men and women. Who is next to come train with the best?
