WE CLOSED ON OUR DREAM HOME ✅

GOD IS SO GOOD!

@madifruge and I are officially residents of Carlton Woods country club In the Woodlands!

To say we are overwhelmed with gratitude is an understatement, this entire process was led and orchestrated by God himself. My soulmate and I now have a place we call HOME!

This is where we will Have our children and make memories to hang all Over the walls, build people, bring people Closer to god, host locker rooms to help people become Champions!

The reel that I posted a couple days back was filmed 5 1/2 months ago saying I was coming back from the honeymoon to work and be the best version of myself to provide a dream life for not only my family and self but impact and change the world!

I want you to know that NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE that is irrelevant! Just 7 years ago my first house was worth $50,000 not even making six figures and now at the age of 32 years old we own a 5+ MILLION dollar 10,000 + SQ FT home with our dream cars in our dream location with over six figures weekly giving six figures a year and have a peace beyond understanding!

Don’t you DARE let people smaller or even bigger than you limit your potential or place limits on you bc they were placed on themselves, do not let the haters and naysayers detour you from your God given destiny! ITS YOUR TIME!

To all those wondering could you achieve the same or help others to, the answer is YES! Put the vision on paper, your Faith in Jesus and your feet to work and watch your dreams manifest into reality.

I am so grateful for all that have helped along the process and can’t thank Miriam Blazier Jeremy Lucas and Delvin Howard enough for the unbelievable work they did helping us secure this masterpiece.

To say this was the happiest day of my life is an understatement!

On this day April 22nd I publicly confessed and committed my heart to the rib that was taken from my body and made into my soulmate!

This is the SHORT version of the fairytale wedding and dream come true !

There has not one day since I’ve met you that I have not woken up and fallen even more head over heels in love with you @madifruge and I can’t wait to live this feeling as long as I’m on This earth!

To all those that were present and those who couldn’t make it but sent their love thank you so so much!

People over profits.

That’s not just a saying at JFJ, it’s Commandment number one.

I’ve built 30+ companies. And I can tell you with everything in me, the revenue means nothing if the people behind it aren’t right. The wrong culture will kill a great product. The wrong team will sink a great idea. The wrong partners will destroy what took years to build.

But the right people?

The right people will take something ordinary and turn it into something nobody saw coming.

Money is the outcome. People are the engine.

Protect your people. Invest in your people. Build WITH your people.

Revenue is a vanity metric, PROFIT is the truth.

I’ve met so many people flexing “8-figure company” on Instagram who are still living at home with their parents. Their 8-figures, it’s all top line. They have nothing left after the expenses, the ad spend, the payroll, the tools, the returns, etc.

I don’t care about revenue anymore. I care about net profit. What actually landed in the account after everything else got paid.

You can have an 8-figure company and be broke. The number that matters is the one nobody posts about.

I’m a people machine, always have been. I love people, I want to take care of people, I want to see people win. So firing someone has always been the hardest thing I do as a CEO. I used to call myself a recovering non-firing CEO because I’d do everything in my power to avoid that conversation.

But here’s what I’ve learned building 30+ companies.

Keeping the wrong person in the wrong seat doesn’t just hurt the business. It also hurts everyone around them. The team that has to carry the weight. The culture that starts to crack. The person themselves who isn’t being challenged to grow somewhere they actually fit.

The people blaming Microsoft for laying off 10,000 or Amazon for restructuring don’t know what was on the table. They don’t know the options that were weighed, the months of trying to make it work, the conversations that happened before that decision got made.

Leadership means making the call nobody else wants to make, and living with the noise that comes after. by @jakefrugejr

Sometimes you have to get lean before you can get mean.

There are moments in business where you’ve been trying to look big. But what you actually need to do is cut all the way back down to the lean re-start the right way.

We had to do exactly that at JFJ. Strip it back and really get honest about what was working and what wasn’t. Stop trying to be everything and rebuild from what was actually strong.

The wins come later. But you don’t get there by staying fat and comfortable.

What they don’t see is where it started.

My partner flew in for his quarterly visit, and we’re doing it right.

Most people hear “peptides” and think one thing.

Fat loss. That’s it.

But that’s maybe 20% of what peptides actually do.

I know people who take peptides strictly for gut health. People who were losing their hair and got it back better than it’s ever looked. People who aren’t trying to change how their body looks at all, they just want their energy back. Their mental clarity. Their attitude to shift.

The exit doesn’t come from the “daily grind.”

It comes from the work you do after the grind.

9 to 12 building the asset.

Most people stop at 9.
