Your New Barry’s UK Senior Instructor ❤️‍🔥 Couldn’t be happier 🥹 6 years on the mic, & 6 years of giving my absolute all in each and every class I have ever taught and will teach — from the days of teaching 1 person at 6am to teaching 61 in a sold-out Soho. Early mornings, late nights, all the lunchtimes … but always worth it for my Barry’s community. The energy, love and sweat I get back from my clients every single day truly makes this the best job in the world. I genuinely wouldn’t want to do anything else. ❤️ A huge thank you to the whole team at @barrysuk , but especially @teevonzee & @rafaelagoesl for truly making me feel seen this year, and for your continued support and guidance. It means more than you know. 🫶🏼 Here’s to the next chapter. Senior Let’s Go! by @jakemaiden

First Hyrox Complete!!! Mixed Doubles with my @ellie_ogorman ❤️ Beyond proud of us! And we can’t wait to do our next! Set myself a goal at the start of the year to sign up for something to give my training a shake up and Hyrox it was. Brutally amazing is the only way I can describe it. Bring on the next 👏🏼 @hyroxuk by @jakemaiden

Not all weeks are going to be your best weeks, sometimes life (or the flu in my case) gets in the way, instead of feeding on the negative, focus on your small wins of the week. Any accomplishment , no matter how small, releases the neurotransmitter dopamine which boosts your mood, motivation and attention. It also signals you to keep doing the activity again and again… Despite a week of bed and Real Housewives, yesterday I managed my first gym session AND a swim on a Sunday morning before work and I felt grateful for moving my body. This week, me and my clients move on to Phase 2 of my #MadeByMaiden 12 week programme. A new 4 week phase, a chance to refocus and reset, end goal in sight but also focusing on the small wins along the way 💪🏼 by @jakemaiden
