I was honored to be invited by @themiamirealtors again last Thursday to share my insights on leasing. I envisioned myself speaking on stages when I started 10 years ago.

This is the top of the funnel of the entire real estate cycle. If you master this you should have no issues. There’s 113 million renters. There’s roughly 105 milliion people with zero credit or bad credit. 50% of them would buy if they had the credit + funds. Just solving this problem by 1-2 % would increase revenue substantially.

After reading @myrongolden Business Optimization Success Secrets “B.O. S. S. Moves” I figured out how to apply it the vehicle of real estate I use as an entrepreneur. Most business owners problems lie in weak lead generation + lead conversion. You need a system and strategy. Come August 17th many real estate professionals won’t make the cut because they won’t be able to convert clients because of the lack of negotiation skills. I’ve been preparing for this moment for the last 3-4 years. Day 2. 😂 So obviously this is NOT my comprehensive review.

But one of the first things I’ve noticed since moving to Real is how much simpler the backend feels.

And I didn’t realize how much I needed that.

Everything in one place. Fewer places to look for things. Fewer systems to figure out. Less time spent asking, “Wait… where the hell do I find that?” 😂

Is software the reason I changed brokerages?

Absolutely not.

But I made this move because I wanted to grow differently. I wanted new relationships, new conversations, better alignment and an environment that made me excited about what I could build next.

So when the little things immediately start feeling easier too?

That’s a pretty nice bonus.

I’m only two days in, and I have A LOT left to learn.

But so far?

So good.

And I’m going to keep sharing the things I notice as I navigate this change because I know there are other agents quietly wondering what different actually looks like.

No sales pitch. No pretending any brokerage is perfect.
