🚨 ALMOST 2 YEARS ON THE MARKET. NO SALE. UNTIL THE QUEEN STEPPED IN! 👑🔥

They say some homes are hard to sell. I say they just need the RIGHT strategy! 💅🏽

🏡 This stunning waterfront property was an EXPIRED LISTING that struggled to sell for nearly TWO YEARS!

But when The Queen and her team stepped in, we repositioned the property, changed the strategy, and got this beauty SOLD! 💥

Was it easy? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Was it worth it? EVERY SECOND!

❤️ A special congratulations to the seller, who called this property home for over 26 YEARS, and to the new buyers relocating from NEW YORK! 🗽🌴

One chapter closes. Another beautiful one begins. 🥂

✨ The difference isn’t always the property. Sometimes, it’s WHO you hire to sell it.

👑 EXPIRED DOESN’T MEAN IMPOSSIBLE!

📲 Have a home that didn’t sell? Before you give up, let’s talk STRATEGY! The things I do keeps my clients coming back and happy !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

@jaimesrealenterprise thank you for helping us with highest and best use! 🔥🔥🔥

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve been doing alone until you finally have people beside you.

Changing brokerages was a BIG decision for me. I was producing. My business was growing. From the outside, everything looked great.

But I knew I needed more.

More collaboration. More support. More people willing to share what they know instead of everyone trying to figure it out on their own.

And this week was one of those moments where I thought… THIS. This is exactly why I made the change.

I said, “I’m overwhelmed. I need help.”

And instead of getting advice from a distance, people actually sat down with me and helped me solve it.

One conversation has already changed the way I’m running my business and saved me an insane amount of time.

I’m really freaking grateful. ❤️

And even more excited about what we’re building.

If you’re an agent who’s successful but still feels like you’re doing WAY too much of this alone, DM me “PARTNER.”

No sales pitch. No pressure. Completely confidential. Let’s just talk.

And if you couldn’t care less about changing brokerages but NEED to know about this AI agent 😂… DM me “AI.”

I got you.

Luxury lives in the details. So does growth.

The way light hits a piece of art. The small habits that make me better for my clients. I notice both.

Thank you to the panel at The Pipeline Playbook and to @interiorsbysteveng for the room.

📈 WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE SINGLE-FAMILY MARKET?

The reported Ives Estates sample recorded 43 closings from January through August 2026, compared with 33 during the same period in 2025. That’s 30.3% more closings.

Across Miami-Dade, the single-family median sold price reached $680,000 in August 2026, up 3.82% year over year.

For buyers, recent comparable sales, condition and features help put an asking price into perspective. For sellers, thoughtful pricing, strong presentation and targeted marketing matter.

Neighborhood and county figures cover different areas and do not determine an individual home’s value. Ives Estates data does not represent all of ZIP 33179.
