A Night with the Fox brings the spirit of the Parisian Adventurer to life through @maisonkitsune Fall/Winter 2026.

The Maison follows the traveller beyond the familiar streets of Paris, into the wild landscapes of mountains and forests. Urban silhouettes encounter the textures, colours and spirit of nature, creating a distinctive wardrobe shaped by movement, discovery and the fragments collected along the way.

A cultural staple dish with cross culture influence - Mee Rebus at Jalinan.

We make our Mee Rebus using Japanese sweet potatoes and pumpkins to create a rich, velvety sauce that coats our housemade noodles paired with deep fried barramundi collar and the usual toppings.

And yes, we finish it with pucuk cha om...

Removing the fact that this is my fiancé restaurant, I am confident to say that this is one of my favourite restaurants in Klang Valley.

It’s not just about how good the food is, or how many ulam they include in their dishes. but also the experience that comes with it.

The team is passionate and well trained.
The space is cozy and well thought (which restaurant custom their chair to add a bag hook to it?? 🥹).
The music choice is amazing.

It’s the combination of these experience that keeps me hooked. I mean, I expect no less from a team that treat each vegetable with utmost respect.

Note:
This is a pork free restaurant.
