Happy 13th birthday, Jadon! I can’t believe how quickly you’re growing up. I’m so proud of the young man you’re becoming and of everything you’ve already accomplished.

I cherish every moment we spend together and all the memories we’ve created over the years. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I can’t wait to see where the next five years take you—in baseball and in everything else you choose to do. I’ll always be here cheering you on, supporting you, and reminding you how proud I am to be your dad.

I love you, son. Happy birthday! ⚾️❤️ by @jamesjuge

Some stories are bigger than bodybuilding. This is one of them.

I started working with Tevita Aholelei back in 1994. In 1997, we won the Overall Mr. California together, and in 2000 he earned his IFBB Pro Card by winning the Heavyweight Division at the NPC USA Championships.

His last pro show was the 2003 Ironman Pro, where he placed 11th before stepping away from bodybuilding to focus on what mattered most at the time — taking care of his family.

Fast forward 23 years later… toward the end of 2024, Tevita gave me a call and said, “Coach, let’s see what we’ve still got. Do what you do best.”

At that point, he was hardly even in the gym anymore, but he made the decision to chase this goal one more time and make an incredible comeback. Since the end of 2024, we got back to work and trusted the process step by step.

Now tomorrow, at 57 years young, Tevita steps back on stage at the 2026 IFBB Pro California Masters Championships after more than two decades away from competing — and he’s coming in phenomenal condition after such a long hiatus.

This comeback is about more than bodybuilding. It’s about discipline, sacrifice, resilience, and proving that passion never truly dies.

Proud of you, brother. It’s been an honor to prep you again and bring this comeback story to life.

Let’s show Tevita some love and support as he takes the stage tomorrow. 👏🏽🔥

Happy 12th Birthday to my amazing son! 🎉🎂

I can’t even put into words how proud I am of you. The journey you’ve been through hasn’t always been easy, but you’ve faced it with so much strength, courage, and heart. Watching you grow into the young man you are today has been the greatest gift of my life.

You inspire me every single day, and I’m so blessed to be your parent. Keep shining, keep dreaming, and keep being YOU — because who you are is incredible.

Love you more than words can say. 💙✨ by @jamesjuge

PROUD COACHING MOMENT 🏆 | From 14th Place to PRO & OVERALL CHAMPION @lee818_ifbbpro

Back in 2021, I met Lee — a hard-working, humble Classic Physique competitor who had just taken 14th at Mr. USA in Class B. He looked me dead in the eye and said, “I want to become Mr. USA.” I’ll admit… I chuckled. Not out of doubt — but because so many say it, yet very few are willing to do everything it takes to actually make it happen.

But Lee was different.

Fast forward to now, and what a journey it’s been:
• 2021: 14th at Mr. USA
• 2022: 11th — our first show together
• 2023: Cracked the top 6
• 2024: 3rd place at Nationals
• 2025: NATIONAL CHAMPION & IFBB PRO CARD WINNER
• 🥇 1st Place Classic Physique Class B
• 🏆 OVERALL CHAMPION in Classic Physique

On July 16, 2025, Lee not only won his class at Nationals — he claimed the Overall title, earning his IFBB Pro Card. This wasn’t luck. This was four years of discipline, grind, and next-level consistency.

Lee trains like a machine. It doesn’t matter how brutal the plan is — he shows up, locks in, and doesn’t flinch. No shortcuts. No complaints. Just execution. Every cardio session. Every rep. Every grain of rice counted.

A message from Lee that hit me hard was this:

“Thank you, Coach. This whole year I followed your guidance and plan completely. I didn’t eat a single extra grain of rice or skip a single step of cardio. Hard work truly pays off. I still remember our first training session at the LA Fitness in Norco. After that workout, my wife told me: ‘This man might be the one who helps you get your Pro Card.’”

That gave me chills. To know the belief his wife had after one session… that faith, four years ago, just became reality.

Now it’s on to the next chapter — Lee will be making his Pro Debut at @npcextreme 2026 in Classic Physique.

Big thanks to @cybergen_peptidesmex for helping support the process with top-tier products.

This is what happens when belief meets relentless effort.

Let’s go, PRO. 🏆💪

Huge shoutout to my client @lee_classic818 for the relentless dedication he’s shown during this prep! With just 5 ½ weeks to go until the Teen, Collegiate, and Masters Nationals Championship, Lee is dialed in and more focused than ever. He had an incredible offseason, and the hard work he put in is shining through every step of the way. Let’s show him some love and support as he makes his final push toward that pro card. From @taliafiege13_ifbbpro

Champions fall too—but they get back up, hungrier than before. One setback won’t stop me. I’m never too good to grow, never too proud to grind. There’s always room to improve, and what you put in is what you get out. Stay locked in.

My son earned a Level 3 award in Mathematics on the CAASPP testing—and I couldn’t be more proud. Watching him grow not just in strength and character, but in his academics too, means everything. Keep pushing, keep learning, and keep shining. This is just the beginning. by @jamesjuge
