Marie & Peter’s wedding day was filled with so many memorable moments. One that stands out is their First Look at Pacific Spirit Park! The October sunlight streaming through the forest created a magical atmosphere—and before their church ceremony, they also exchanged vows in a private ceremony in the woods, with only their immediate families and wedding party. I loved it.

Their ceremony took place at Canadian Memorial United Church, one of my favourite churches in Vancouver. After their vows, the couple took communion served by Marie’s dad, who also officiated. What made this moment even more meaningful was the use of the same communion cup Marie’s parents had at their wedding 40 years ago. 🥹

The vintage Rolls Royce Marie & Peter rented made for gorgeous photos in Stanley Park, and the bubble-gum-pink sunset over the Vancouver Rowing Club was breathtaking as their reception started!! The reception was full of laughter, speeches, and fun, but one of the best surprises was when Marie and Peter hit the dance floor in matching sweatsuits. :) Their guests definitely didn’t see that coming, and it added a fun vibe that felt very “Marie and Peter."

We’ve had some beautiful weather in September so far for photo sessions! Loved meeting Lindsay and her husband Justin, and their sweet baby girl recently for photos at Queen Elizabeth Park. Congratulations to Rachel & Gray on their stunning wedding at @the_teahouse in Stanley Park on June 7th, 2026 ✨

This day was such a beautiful reflection of their love, surrounded by the people who matter most.

Marie-Claire + Vincenzo became husband + wife this past weekend and I was so grateful to be there. 💕 The couple drove to their ceremony and walked down the aisle as a pair, which was really sweet. After the ceremony, MC + Vincenzo exited the church to all their guests waving ribbon wands. It was so celebratory and cute!

The Belgard Kitchen reception was a total joy! It’s one of my *favourite* venues in all of Vancouver, and being back there reminded me why that’s still the case :) The room was full of candles, jazz music, mingle guests, lots of food and drinks and personalized touches (including a cocktail crossword puzzle and a temporary tattoo station that the *many* kids at the reception loved.)

To Marie-Claire and Vincenzo, thank you so much for having me. ✨ Can’t wait to share more photos with you soon!

PS. Our story (Marie-Claire and I) began *14 years ago* at her friend Sophia’s wedding. Marie-Claire was one of Sophia’s bridesmaids and I was the photographer! What an honour for MC to remember my work all these years later and have me as her photographer too. Thank you, thank you!

Caitlin and Jeff’s story begins back in university! They crossed paths in their third year when Jeffrey showed up to class wearing a t-shirt from the high school Caitlin’s dad went to—a detail that sparked their very first conversation. :)

Almost a decade later, it was a privilege to be their wedding photographer on May 9 as they became husband and wife! 💕

It was a joy to photograph Emily and Justus and their newborn in the Fall! Such a sweet family, and always an honour to be invited into a family’s home for photos.
