When I’m training people, I’m in my element. Nothing better than seeing people transform physically and mentally.

Grateful I’ve been able to do this for over 20 years 🙏🏿

Get in contact if you want to put in some work 💪🏿

Ruben is flying at AC Milan and I couldn’t be more proud of him. His attitude was always spot on and showed that even at the highest playing standard you can push on to your own new levels and turn into a different animal. Well done @rlc 💪🏿

❤️ HAPPY HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY, MUM ❤️🕊️

Happy birthday to my mum, my creator, my angel. ❤️

I miss you every single day, Mum. Not a day goes by without me thinking of you. Thank you for everything you taught me, the lessons you instilled in me as a child, and the unconditional love you showered upon me.

This world will never be the same without you. Everything I do, I do with you in mind, and I hope that up there, you’re looking down on me with pride.

You were always there for me, and I will never, ever forget that. You gave me so much more than words could ever explain. You were the best mum anybody could ever wish for, and I miss you more than words can say.

Everything I am, and everything I continue to strive to be, carries a part of you. ❤️

Happy heavenly birthday, Mum. Until we meet again, keep watching over me. 🙏🏿❤️🕊️

Forever loved. Forever missed. Never forgotten. ❤️ by @jamielawrence7
