🚨🙏🏾 MANY COACHES SEE THE MISTAKES BUT CANT REMEDY THEM 🩹 ⚽️ & THE HONEST TRUTH IS THEY HAVEN’T PLAYED THE GAME TO A HIGH STANDARD 😬

IN THE MOST RESPECTFUL WAY YOUNG ADULTS & PARENTS BE MINDFUL WHO IS TEACHING YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN

THE COACHES I RESPECTED & LEARNT THE MOST FROM WAS THE ONES THAT DONE IT & WERE GOOD PEOPLE

SHOUT OUT TO MY HONEST COACHES WHO REALLY KNOW! & CARE ABOUT THEIR CRAFT & GENUINELY WANT THE NEXT GEN TO SUCCEED NOT JUST A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ASK QUESTIONS 🗣️ ❤️ ✈️

Former Premier League pro Jamie Lawrence drops some serious truth bombs about the flaws in the modern academy system.

We need to stop obsessing over getting 6-year-olds signed and let them actually enjoy the beautiful game first! Every player’s journey is different, and patience is key. 🔑

Do you agree that 12 is a better age to join? Let me know your thoughts in the comments! 👇🗣️
