M&E Kaiser Limited congratulates the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), MedServe and all project partners on the successful completion and commissioning of 10 ultramodern diagnostic centres across 10 states of the federation.

This milestone marks an important step towards strengthening Nigeria’s diagnostic capacity and improving access to quality healthcare services.

We are proud to have executed all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works at three of these centres, contributing our expertise to facilities designed to serve communities across Nigeria.

Our Managing Director, Jamila Faniyi, attended the commissioning alongside Engr. Igbuan Okaisabor, Founder of Construction Kaiser Limited, and other stakeholders to celebrate this achievement.

I never had a birthday party in school.

I always imagined going to school, having my hair done, having the privilege of wearing a beautiful dress while my friends and school mates were in uniforms and being the IT girl for the day.

That dream never happened because my birthday was always smack in the middle of the holidays. Even before 89/90 when the school calendars ran January-December before reverting to September-July, it was still in the middle of the school vacations. That thing pained me sha.

And so, the uni days and me building my career came. The days didn’t matter cos they never seemed to stop. So every birthday was kind of a mix of school or work merrying with the people around.

And then I wished for a birthday on a Saturday! The last one before today was 2020…which was phenomenal btw cos it was a huge milestone. I just really enjoy Saturday birthdays cos I feel like the day should be for ME and no one else.

And so with this, I’m very grateful for yet another birthday but especially because it’s a Saturday.

Salam Alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh. Myself and my colleagues in the office (both Muslims and Christians) started this project last year 2025 to share basic foods - bread, water, dates, zobo and a fruit - to 24 people within our office community daily during the Ramadan. This year, I would like to invite my Instagram family to join us in making this a reality. Nothing is too small, nothing is too big. May Allah bless you as you do. Amin. Swipe for highlights from the Africa International Housing Show in Abuja, where I had the double honor of serving as both moderator and panelist! I moderated “She Builds Africa” — spotlighting 3 powerhouse women founders reshaping construction + sustainability: @natasha_uwana @pepe_nokurban @redcityco

I also joined a panel where I was honored to speak alongside incredible women like @moji.realestate and @sidehustle_boss with the session expertly moderated by @adejumoke.akure , CEO of Intelligent Spaces Ltd on "Co-Investing and Ownership: Women Building Wealth Together", where I shared insights on making a second investment through women-led co-investment platforms, a concept that inspired Hexad, which I co-founded with my amazing friends @hmh_lady @tessas.cakes @fatima_aguye @aminashuaibu and @pepe_nokurban.

These past three months have been truly transformative, an experience I will not trade for anything.
As a woman in the construction industry, I have always been driven by a deep desire to grow, lead, and make meaningful impact. With my current recent appointment as a Board Chair for the AAQS Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors Young Quantity Surveyors, I knew it was crucial to equip myself with the right knowledge and tools to lead effectively at the board level.

When @wimbizng announced their Board Mentoring Program, I answered the call and what an incredible journey it has been!

Through intensive training sessions led by exceptional mentors like Ogunniran Hakeem, Folake Sanu, Abi Ayida, Opunimi Akinkugbe, Cathy Echeozo, Alawusa Adewuyi, Nike Adeyemi, to name a few and a deeply insightful one-on-one mentorship with the amazing @jamjam2830, I can confidently say: I AM BOARD READY!

Thank you to WIMBIZ NG for continually creating platforms that empower women to rise and thrive across corporate sectors. I am excited for this next chapter and the opportunity to contribute at the highest levels of leadership.
