I took some time to gather my thoughts.
Last few days disappointment overshadowed my mood. Mentally it has been a battling season both on and off track. Which might be the reason why I couldn’t show at Nationals what I believe I am capable of. The knowledge that I put in the full effort and that God, my lord, has his perfect plans for me leaves me feeling more content and hopeful.
Lastly I want to thanks anyone and everyone who cheered anyways. taken in FBK Stadion by @jan_polman

Blessed and grateful for yet another @fbkgames and solid result. 🙏🏼
Unfortunately, I couldn’t deliver the performance I was hoping for in front of the home crowd.
However the cheers from the crowd and the two kiddo’s who wanted an autograph made it a day to remember! 🥹🫶🏼

Blessed to put together another solid race, and with a promising result too! 🙏
Next up: FBK Games on Sunday, where it’s time to take on the 100m 🫡⚡
Hopefully see you there! 🏟️
