Clarification Regarding the Recent Meeting of MLAs.

I would like to clarify that I was invited for lunch and attended in good faith. I had no prior knowledge of any meeting or political discussion that may have taken place. My presence there should not be misconstrued as an association with any group or faction.

My commitment to the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference is unwavering. I have been associated with this great party for the last 25 years, and my loyalty to its leadership, its principles and its people has never wavered.

I stand firmly with my beloved leader, Jenab Dr Farooq Abdullah Sahab, and our Hon’ble Chief Minister, Jenab Omar Abdullah Sahab. Whatever I am today, whatever recognition I have earned, is because of the trust, affection and guidance of my leadership.

For me, the National Conference is not merely a political party; it is an emotion, a commitment and a part of my identity. My association with this party is built on conviction, sacrifice and an unbreakable bond of loyalty.

I owe everything I have achieved in public life to this party and its leadership. I will never turn my back on the people and the principles that have shaped my political journey.

Let me make it absolutely clear: I have no affiliation with any group or faction. My loyalty to Jenab Omar Abdullah Sahab and the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference is absolute and unconditional.

I have stood with my leadership through every challenge, and I will continue to do so with the same conviction, sincerity and dedication. My commitment to the party is not for convenience or personal gain; it is a matter of faith, honour and principle.

I will remain with my leadership and my party, come what may. My loyalty is not for a moment or a circumstance; it is for a lifetime.

National Conference is my home, my identity and my political family. I belong here, and I will always stand here. by @jandknc

“The PDP had an opportunity to form a government with the National Conference and Congress, without seeking power-sharing arrangements or ministries. We even offered unconditional support, with just one condition: keep the BJP out. Unfortunately, that opportunity was missed, and Jammu and Kashmir’s political history might have been very different.”
