There’s something truly special about meeting our women from all around the world in person. 🤍

Before the award ceremony in Paris, we had the chance to spend time with some of our iSoul residents—to walk around the city, talk, connect, and finally meet offline after knowing each other online.

One of the things we value most about what we’ve built is knowing that almost anywhere in the world, you have your people.

And in a world that is changing so quickly, that means more than ever. None of us really knows where we’ll be six months or a year from now, or what the world around us will look like.

But knowing that wherever life takes you, there are people who share your values, your energy, and your vision—that’s incredibly powerful. by @jane.global

On October 3rd, we celebrated another incredible milestone for ISOUL — the Women Leadership Award in Paris. ✨

San Francisco. Los Angeles. And now — Paris.

A new city, a new level, and a beautiful new chapter for our global community.

More than 100 incredible women came together at the stunning Rachmaninoff Conservatory @conservatoiresr_paris , right across from the Eiffel Tower, to celebrate women who are leading, building, creating, and making a real impact.

8 categories. 8 winners. And we can’t wait to introduce each of them very soon on @isoul.global.

Our founder Jane @jane.global flew in from San Francisco, joined by Anna @anna.nosok , our LA President, and Maya @maya_el_aawar , President of ISOUL Prague & Europe.

The award started in San Francisco, then Los Angeles. This is the first ceremony in Europe, hosted by the women who lead ISOUL in three cities.

I’m incredibly happy to share that our book, Skill of Growth, is officially published. ✨

Back in March, I was invited by @viola.skill , an ISOUL resident, to join an inspiring project: bringing together ten women, experts, and authors to explore the skills that shape the way we grow — both as leaders and as human beings.

I had the honor of contributing a chapter on a skill that has shaped my own leadership journey: Emotional Intelligence.

To me, emotional intelligence is what allows us to grow without breaking under the weight of that growth.

I started my career as a project manager and later became a CEO, leading cross-cultural teams of more than 200 people around the world. Many of the people I managed were older and significantly more experienced than I was. Becoming a CEO at 26 taught me something I still carry into everything I build today — from ISOUL to my newest startup:

Leadership is not about authority. It’s about trust, understanding, and credibility.

The strongest leaders don’t simply lead through their title or position. They understand people. They listen. They build trust. They know how to navigate emotions, cultural differences, uncertainty, conflict, and change — while creating an environment where others can grow with them.

This is what I think of as soft leadership — and I believe it is one of the most essential skills for the next generation of women leaders.

I’m deeply honored to have contributed my perspective alongside nine incredible women and authors.
