"Instead of being afraid, I could become something to fear"
Jude Duarte 🗡️✨

This is one of those characters that live rent free on my mind, and It had been like that since I read The Folk of The Air a few years ago, the complexity of the characters and the world building of @blackholly
never ceases to amaze me. So what else I need to say I have nothing but love for these characters, and I need to paint Jude!
Have you read the books, if not, what are you waiting for?🖤

Hey there! I've been quite busy this beginning of the year, working on some beautiful projects that I can't show you yet, but in the meantime I wanted to show you this commission I made for @authormirandalyn portraying the protagonist couple of her upcoming romantasy book Till Death. I had a lot of fun painting them so I hope you guys like it as much as I do 🖤

My last breath"🥀

Finally I can share with all of you the illustration I had the honor to create for @/fallen20zine on Twitter.
Evanescence music has influenced me in so many different ways and represents so much to me that I couldn't be more grateful to @gracezhuart for the opportunity 🖤

🍂Syneca Black for the amazing @authormirandalyn I painted this portrait a couple of months ago and I wanted to approach it differently, using new rendering techniques to give it a more painterly look and ensure that every brushstroke counts. I really enjoyed this more loose way of painting ... by @janedark_7

🩸🌙"In the faint light, her eyes were like storm clouds hanging low. She was beautiful. The opposite of the perfect, sensual vision she had been all those weeks ago. Then, she had seemed untouchable. Now she was raw and wild. He had admired her beauty, fought against her will, tasted her blood, and now all of it became one."

I had the opportunity to read an arc of Bloodgrove, and from the beginning, I knew I had to paint Elodie. She's my favorite character, without a doubt. Determined and bold, she knows exactly what she wants, and nothing will stop her. If, like me, you love gothic stories with a Victorian setting, vampires, blood magic, an old mansion (which is a must), intrigue, and a high dose of female rage, this is for you.

Bloodgrove comes out today so go ahead and give it a try! Thank you so much to the lovely @elisabethgmark.author for this story! 🖤 by @janedark_7

Three women. Three stories. One legend. 🔪🔥🧛‍♀️

Meet the Mistwoven Three—Morgyn, Pyper, and Teagan. Three women who couldn’t be more different, brought together by magic, monsters, and a bond that will change the fate of Awendria.

They are the heart of the Legends of the Mistwoven. And I cannot wait for you to meet them. (Character intros to come!)

A very special thank you to @janedark_7 for bringing these women from the pages of my imagination to life. You captured them more beautifully than I imagined. 🫶🏼💜

This is only the beginning…
