Sicily girls trip 2026:
Taormina nights

Smashed the granny out of my swimwear collection
Saltwater pool ftw
Not sure where the hell the Pantone of my skin comes from but I’ll take it
Body composition essentially 50% Campari Spritz and 50% vongole with a Marg chaser

2026 Q2 Well hasn’t this been fun…
A new PB of 120 classes now we’ve added x4 strength training a week into the mix as well
Beautiful times with family and friends
Watched the dawn on the solstice from the river at 4.30am.. incredible
Two killer work events in London and one unforgettable Amsterdam experience
Crazy 35° weather in London
We wore orange dresses, leather skirts, red shoes, cut outs, scallops, 70s jeans and one shoulders… possibly the most I’ve ever been out of yoga pants ha!
Swam in Hampstead Ponds
Went to beautiful Blue Cottage and slept in the garden pod.. obsessed
Stan finished first year at Uni of Leeds and Wilf finished A levels and came back from Zante unscathed… ergo my work here is done 👊🏼
And on top of that some amazing times with some pretty cool people 🫶🏼 by @janemcc21

Magical, magnificent London solstice experience. Decided to cycle to the river at 4am to watch the sunrise from the Millennium Bridge…then ran into the totally rad @johnoverity on the Southbank and ended up going on an impromptu bike ride around the City with 10 strangers. India: the bonus edition
Stranded in Delhi due to airspace closure over the Middle East
Eventually found flights to London via Addis Ababa but a stressful time paying for them: who knew that one way flights from India to Africa would raise such red flags with the bank ha ha.
A bonus three days at the incredible @tridenthotels in Delhi, hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Finally home this morning after a 6h hour flight, a 12 hour layover and another 8h flight.
It’s been an experience but grounded in gratitude that I am home, I am safe and I have the most incredible friends.
