This magnificent magnolia will be ready to meet you at my upcoming show in Sidney. At 40x60 inches, she’s not playing around. She’s large and beautiful and looking to make a STATEMENT.

I’ll be joining @sonialesageceramics, @lisa.riehl, @marcelastrasdas, @michellebarkwayart, @thepeckishpotter at the ArtSea gallery in Tulista Park, Sidney.

Artist reception will be October 24th, 2-4pm. Shows open 10-4 daily from the 23rd to 29th. taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @janetspaintedlife

Hanging my work at the @innatlaurelpoint with my trusty assistant (daughter) @olivialynne04. I don’t know why I get so anxious about these instalments but MAN do I ever! Deep breaths Janet.

I am so honoured to have my paintings in such a beautiful space. Honestly this Inn is breathtaking - and they have a lovely coffee shop if you want to visit. The show, focussed on reds and oranges (ok, there’s one pink!) will be up until November 18th. by @janetspaintedlife

Where have I been??? Good question. It was a very full summer of family time, volunteer opportunities and painting commissions! This one had to stay secret until gifted to the happy couple who were celebrating their anniversary. They have been riding tandem bikes together all over the world for 25 years. What an honour to be a part of this commemoration ❤️ taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @janetspaintedlife

“Drama Majors”
24x30

Soon to be on my website unless it sells this weekend at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria Paint In! The art collectors highlight of the summer is happening again. All of Moss St closed to cars and lined with artists selling and creating. Food trucks, music, and tens of thousands of people. It’s truly incredible.

Come on out between 11-4 and find me! (I’ll post my location soon) taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @janetspaintedlife

LOVED painting this 4x4 for @abcgrobinson. I’m so honoured to have my work in the homes and offices of people I admire.

I have one more commission opening this year - reach out if I you’d like some beauty added to your world.

Total dimensions are 16x16. taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @janetspaintedlife
