First day of school for my two favorite people! 🥹📚✏️Middle school for Winter!!!!! If anyone is wondering I’m not ok.

Lord, please watch over Winter and Woods this year. Protect them, guide them, surround them with good friends and teachers, and give them confidence to be exactly who You created them to be. May they learn, grow, laugh a lot, and always lead with kind hearts. 🤍🙏🏼Praying for a happy, safe and amazing school year for my babies. Here we go!

TWO TEAMS. TWO LEVELS. TWO SUMMIT CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES. 🏔️🏆🏆

Still trying to wrap our heads around this one. 🥹 Winter walked away from the 2026 Summit as a DOUBLE NATIONAL CHAMPION winning with Royal in Junior Large Level 5 AND Green in Junior Large Level 6. 💚💙
Winning The Summit once is an accomplishment athletes dream about. Winning it twice in the same year, at two different levels, is something so incredibly rare and special and we will never take for granted that she was given the opportunity to experience it. This is the same girl who genuinely doesn’t think she’s that good. 🤪She doesn’t always see in herself what everyone else sees, which somehow makes moments like this even sweeter.

Winter, I hope one day you look back at this picture and realize just how extraordinary this was. You competed on two of the biggest stages, at two incredibly difficult levels, under enormous pressure and you rose to the occasion TWICE.
So grateful for every coach and every teammate on Royal & Green who made these moments possible. 💚💙

Happy ONE YEAR to WWUB! 💛🖤 @wwubathletics

It’s hard to believe that what started as a simple conversation has grown into something that has blessed so many people.

A little over a year ago, my friend Brandy @bkwright12 and I were talking about how far we were both driving for privates. She was making long trips for tumbling and all the things, and Winter was competing in partner stunt at the time and I was driving over an hour. We said, “What if we brought this closer to all of our friends?” Without hesitation, we both said, “Let’s do it.”

As we searched for a space, we found one that was much bigger than we needed. I told Dan what we were doing and said, “Why don’t you and your friends build something for sports performance too?” That’s how @thelab_hpi was born.

From the very beginning, our vision was never to build a cheer program. It was simple-to just throw some mats down and create a place where athletes could become better privately, coaches could have opportunities to grow, parents could feel welcome, and our community could have a positive environment to learn, train, and encourage one another.

Over the last year we’ve watched athletes accomplish skills they never thought possible, coaches pour into the next generation, kids build confidence, and even parents get stronger alongside their children. (Yes we have a mom workout in the AM) The smiles, friendships, and memories made within these walls have meant more than we could have ever imagined.

We don’t entertain negativity or drama. We simply want this to be a place where people feel supported, challenged, and celebrated.

To every athlete, coach, parent, and family who has trusted us and supported this little dream….thank you. You are the reason this place feels so special every single day.

From fill-in… to officially a Green Bean!! 💚 🫛

Last season, Winter was given opportunities to step onto the floor with Green, and we will never stop being grateful for the athletes and coaches who believed in her enough to let her be part of something so special. Watching her compete alongside this legendary team and help bring home a Summit title was already a dream come true… but now officially making Green feels surreal.

Level 6. The highest level in the sport.
11-time Summit Champions.
A legacy that speaks for itself.

What makes this moment even sweeter is knowing how much she has grown, and how much respect she has for the athletes who came before her and built this program into what it is today. Her sister being one of them!

Now she gets the honor of wearing GREEN for real, and we could not be more proud or excited for this next chapter. Here’s to working hard, staying humble, embracing the pressure, and hopefully helping continue the legacy 💚

Three seasons with Stingrays Allstars and Four Summit Wins. Levels 3, 4, 5… and 6. But it’s so much more than winning.

It’s the pressure. The growth. The moments that test you and the choice to rise anyway. It’s stepping in, filling a role, trusting your training, and showing up for something bigger than yourself.

We are so incredibly proud of you, Winter… but I’m just as proud of the coaches, teams and stunt groups beside you. The trust, the work, the bond it takes to do what you all do at this level is something special. That kind of unity doesn’t just happen, it’s built through all of your hard work and reps.

This sport is shaping you in all the right ways… teaching you resilience, accountability, teamwork, and how to stand strong under pressure.

The wins are beautiful, and feel so good-but who you are becoming through all of this is what matters most. Growing AND glowing.

Thankful for the coaches and this organization who have given her these opportunities.

Comp weekend hits different when your kid is out here doing THREE teams 😬I was supposed to fly out for my besties baby shower but it just didn’t feel right to leave Winter when she was filling in on two additional teams. Tough decision but I am very happy I got to see her perform all 6 times. All of the teams were so incredible, and she won not one but two jackets!!!

Winter, not everyone can walk into high-pressure moments like these and rise the way you did this weekend. Three teams, back-to-back, zero hesitation. Happy 9th Birthday to my son my once-in-a-lifetime human.
You are the kind of athlete that is born, not made-naturally gifted, fearless, and determined in everything you touch. Whether it’s sports, numbers, or ideas, your mind moves faster and deeper than most. A numbers guy with the most beautiful brain, one that is sometimes misunderstood simply because it shines differently.

You feel everything BIG. You are competitive to your core, passionate to the point of no return, and when you care about something, you give it your whole heart. That fire can be intense but it’s also what will change the world one day.

You are loving, silly, hilarious, and the very best brother. You protect, you uplift, and you love with no conditions. And from the moment you entered this world, you have been deeply connected to God guided, grounded, and full of purpose far beyond your years.

Never dim your light. Never apologize for your intensity. The world needs exactly who you are.
