While travelling in Egypt we went to a place at the bottom of the Nile called Aswan. In Aswan we meet the local people called the Nubians, they looked like me ( they called me Cousin a-lot). On a small island next to Aswan called Elephantine Island I met a lovely Nubian Elder, he was an keeper of Nubian songs and artefacts. After a quick lesson in the rhythms of this Nubian frame drum I sang the mantra of my spiritual path in @bhaktimarga My body and soul expression became one. In that moment I became a โ€œNubian Bhaktaโ€ I hope you can appreciate this little music video I made of such a sweet moment in time. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ #bhakti #devotion #spiritualmusician #Aswan #Nubians by @japateaching

Why am i so obsessed with reverb? It makes me feel so good, that relaxed feeling that the nervous system is craving. I created Chamber of Resonance to bring that feeling into your home every week. I guide us in meditation using healing frequencies in the background, there is also breath work and deep wisdoms shared. I also give a mantra sound bath at the end. All of this happens every Thursday night 8pm via the link in my bio. by @japateaching

we first dreamt the idea of Belonging-In-Between in June 2025 and its now taken its first steps at @medicinefestivalโ€ฆ hereโ€™s a peak at what we held, cried for, laughed with, and transmuted but Belonging-In-Between isnโ€™t a workshop to pop into, itโ€™s a space of sincere community care, which is why we are hosting it EVERY FORTNIGHT in NW LONDONโ€ฆ the emerging dream being a home for queer solidarity, healing and joy, nourished by a ritualistic space for us to be present and dedicate to our relationships weโ€™d love to co-weave it with you! our next circle is THIS SUNDAY (6th) 11AM there are just 4 tickets left so make sure your space is saved! journey over to the link in our bio ~ with queer joy, @thepriestexes thank you to @sedayildiz and @riahope.earth for inviting us and to our beautiful spaceholders who were so attentive and gracious taken in Wasing Estate by @japateaching
