It's really hard to control the mind and we can't control what happens outside of ourselves, so the only way is to retreat within and cultivate and nurture a space of love and peace. Chamber of resonance is a live online container where you can drop in and practice this.

It only takes a moment to notice where your holding on in your body and where you have become stagnant. Let your energy flow. Taking a deep breath in and out and moving your body gently can do wonders for your energy levels.
For more like this Follow @chamber_of_resonance we go live every Thursday 8pm #breathwork #guidedmeditation #meditation #mantra #anxietyrelief

🌸 Kirtan, Chai & Chat 🌸

Last Saturday, we came together at Harrow Arts Centre for a beautiful afternoon of Kirtan, connection and conversation. 🙏✨

It was inspiring to spend time with devotees and welcome newcomers, sharing music, chanting, chai and good company.

A simple and beautiful afternoon of coming together. 💛

Jai Gurudev 🙏
