POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I got a warning from IG saying this would have limited reach because it’s over 90 seconds. I posted it anyway. Some things are more important than an algorithm. Wellness is not a trend, it is a commitment and this was on my heart.

I recorded this while silently dealing with depression and self doubt. A friend of mine, Tosin, told me how much this song resonated with him and that gave me the courage to release it with a visual. Sometimes a friendly nudge is all it takes to remind you that your story matters.

“Robin Williams” by CeeLo Green speaks to the strength it takes to smile through pain. It honors the legends who made the world smile while fighting their own storms. “We don’t know what the next man is going through.” So many of us are taught to stay silent. I have lived that chapter and I know how heavy it can feel.

Here is a reminder that your story matters. You matter.

Now I want to hear from you. Drop a comment and share your experience. Let’s turn the comments into a space of truth and support. And if it speaks to you, share it with someone. Love y’all.

This is a cover of “Robin Williams” by CeeLo Green.

Just dropped my remix of Case’s “Touch Me.” I kept that classic R&B feel but added my own flavor. If you grew up on real 90s and 00s music you knw what it is !Let me know if you’re feeling it and tag somebody who still believes in that grown-and-sexy sound.
