Thank you. Thank you for recognizing the work that we’re doing at EDGE Outdoors and the impact we’re having on our community. Thank you for bringing me to Aspen Snowmass, a town and mountain that has always been out of reach for me, and providing the VIP experience! Thank you for including @edge_pnw at Culture Shifters – it’s an experience that I will honestly NEVER stop talking or smiling about. I’ve been riding for 15 years, and I’ve never been able to shred with a community where I can literally see myself reflected in the ways that I did last week.

@redbull @burton @fattire and @aspensnowmass – thank you for knowing that your support for our community cannot stop here. Thank you for creating a space where we could show up, and show out, as our full selves.

My age dictated I ride in the Masters division.

My timing for a camera smile & wave while on the track, Pro Division.

My excitement levels measured somewhere in the youth division.

My finish time was definitely that of a rookie! But hey, I registered my first Banked Slalom finish!! Thanks @bomberbankedslalom for a heck of a good time!!

Happy 1st Heavenly Birthday, Mom. Love you so, so much! 💜💜😇 The best way I could think to spend time with you was to feed my friends in your honor. Your birthday menu included: Red Rice, BBQ pork ribs, pancit, chicken kelaguin, estufao, Lumpia, Latiya, Finna'denne, daigu and sio pao!!! The house had smelled absolutely delicious the last few days as I prepared all of these dishes! I was terrible at taking photos, you would have "hmph'd" my table display anyways - no fancy serving dishes here!! 😅🤣 But everything tasted just like you'd make it, full of flavor and love!

My friends have been my lifeline as I've been processing your death, and boy have some of them been putting in the work!! They've made sure to remind me that I don't have to do this alone, creating space for me to feel the waves of emotions as I navigate the grief and celebrate your memories. Mom, it's pretty incredible how you are still bringing people together. Thank you for all the ways that I'm just like you!!

To my friends, Thank you. Thank you for letting me share my mom with you - many of you never got to meet her in person, I promise her cooking was 10x better than mine! Thank you for making sure I wasn't alone yesterday and for helping me keep her memory alive. I cannot wait to share more of her with you all!

My Mom

If I've ever done your hair, you can thank my Mom.
If I've ever fed you something delicious, you can thank my Mom.
If I've ever hosted you at my house, you can thank my Mom.
If I've ever crafted something for you, you can thank my Mom.
If we've ever had an epic dance party, you can thank my Mom.
If I've ever stood up for you, for what's right, you can thank my Mom.
If I've ever shown you love, you can thank my Mom.

My Mom was incredible. So strong, down to the very last minute. She raised the 4 of us and welcomed so many others into our home, on the West Coast, the East Coast and even their home on wheels, Mom loved everyone like her own. Mom was a force that will never be forgotten and I know she's up there decorating the place and opening up the dance floor so it's ready for all of us.

Love you Mom, thank you for all of the things. 💜💜
