In March of this year, I had some labs drawn, and my doctor told me that I was diabetic. I weighed more than I ever had in my entire life and felt like shit. I made some major lifestyle changes, and six months later, I’m down 45 pounds, and my labs no longer indicate diabetes. No GLP-1, no enhancements or supplements. Just dietary changes, more exercise, and my own discipline.

Today was my first CrossFit workout in four years, and I feel fantastic. Thanks to these two amazing coaches and ladies for being there today and sharing in the workout to help me get back in there. taken in Richard Russell CrossFit Monterey Bay by @jaredapperson
