You’re right, reach isn’t everything.

But sometimes it’s worth tracking if your goal is to reach more people and get your content in front of more eyes.

Here’s an example of what shifting your strategy could look like!

4 months into starting my biz and I was asked to run a Masterclass on social media...

6 months later, I was asked to come back to run another one!

Life can throw you crazy curve balls sometimes but boy, did I not expect this one 🏈 I started my VA journey with none other than the amazing coach @louisecornell__ where I have been so so lucky to help out and run not one, but TWO masterclasses with her girls!

I come away from each session always learning something new and feeling so incredibly grateful to be able to meet such a supportive group of people.

Lou has been such a guiding figure of helping me step into this new role of teaching others and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

The waitlist to my 6 week course is now open and I hope to see you there! 🫶🏼 Link in bio

A little photo dump of my October so far 🫶🏼

Wildcats season! Getting into basketball was not on the cards this year, but here I am cheering like I’ve been a fan forever 🤣

The evenings are getting longer and warmer. Sunset walks around Perth have been hard to beat lately. 🌅

More time with this pretty gal 🐶 She’s very much in charge of the walk schedule.

Found out Yochi has a marshmallow called Yochi Bear! Needless to say, it’s now a regular order. 🧸

More mornings in the sun, with a little treat (of course) ☀️🍓

Slow starts are underrated 🤩

Evenings like this after a full day of work 🤍 She makes logging off very easy. taken in Perth, Western Australia by @jarvis.va

From 6 years in private practice to running my own business. Never saw that one coming.

If you’d told me a few years ago that I’d be working in marketing full-time and running my own social media management business, I probably would’ve laughed.

I spent six years working in private practice as a physiotherapist. It was a career I’d studied hard for, invested years into and genuinely cared about.

And yet, somewhere along the way, I found myself wanting to explore something different.

Making a career change is a funny thing. Especially when you’ve spent so much of your life working towards something, only to realise that what you want for yourself might be changing.

There’s the excitement of starting something new, but also the uncertainty, the self-doubt and the occasional “what on earth am I doing?” moment.

Building JARVIS VA has taught me so much about myself. About trusting my instincts, being willing to start from scratch and accepting that I don’t need to have everything figured out before taking the next step.

And while my career looks completely different now, I don’t see those six years as wasted. They’ve shaped the way I work, connect with people and approach running a business today.

I’m still learning. Still figuring things out. And I think that’s part of what makes this journey so special 🥹 taken in Perth, Western Australia by @jarvis.va

Just because I like behind behind a camera, doesn’t mean I like being in front of one 😂

For a long time, I looked at outsourcing through one question: “Do I really need to pay for this?”

Now I look at what I’m actually getting back.

If paying for something gives me back hours, reduces the mental load, or lets me focus on work only I can do, I see that very differently.

Because doing everything yourself might save money on paper, but your time has a cost too.

A little client work lately 🤍

From planning the content to creating the feed, keeping things consistent and then watching the numbers come through.

I love seeing what happens when good content has a clear strategy behind it.

A few recent projects I’m very proud of.

There’s something pretty special about getting to work behind the scenes of someone else’s dream.

Taking the ideas in their head, turning them into content, and helping the right people see what they’ve built.

That’s the part of my job I never take for granted. 🤍

My camera roll so far this month 📸

HUGE client win being featured in the paper! 🥳

Went into theatre at Hollywood Hospital in Perth WA to film for one of their orthopaedic surgeons.

It was such an amazing experience being in theatre! It’ll be the closest thing my parents will get to having a doctor in the family 🤣

Tried my ✋🏼hand✋🏼 at hand modelling haha

New products rolled in for Resista Pilates and it was awesome to see the project I’d been working on come to life!

More to come from our official photoshoot soon!

Finally saw The Odyssey and it did not disappoint!

Fun fact about me - I absolutely love Greek mythology so anything to do with Gods, war, and big topless men running into battle is a big yes from me 🤣 taken in Perth, Western Australia by @jarvis.va

My friends think I’ve disappeared.

My clients think I’m online 24/7.

Meanwhile, I’m somewhere between a content shoot, three edits, and a very ambitious to-do list. 😭💻🎬📱
