Been spending time in this special place over the last 6 months, and I’m really excited to feel so integrated into this community so quickly, and so deeply.

It’s been fun getting to feel like a true student again, there’s so much knowledge that fills the room. I’m literally in awe every time I take class or even just get to listen to another DDY-er teach… what’s on their mind, what’s on their heart. Ah! It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so many dreamers and lovers and laughers, all in the name of yoga!

It can be intimidating at times when it feels like you don’t have as much to say, but I’m also grateful to be reminded that while I’m continuously learning and growing, I still have something special to offer. Just by being me. Aparigraha. Andddd it feels even better knowing I get to land in a space that welcomes play, authenticity, and creativity…while truly honoring where this practice comes from. Santosha.
