Last year, I had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with @sunnysbridal and @suninablacksky by painting a mural for a creative shoot led by @suninablacksky. Here's me finally sharing some of the great photos taken by Arjun a year later :)

[Mural was created with a silver base and white highlights on black paper. The drips were made with a thick glitter paint mixed by me to give them a textured and reflective 3D look and feel.]

This piece was meant to represent the wonder of dreaming, and how our minds awaken our creativity as we dream.

This particular piece was especially exciting because it was my way of representing the creative mind at work or "powered up" by inspiration.

I was extremely proud after creating this piece a while back, because I rarely used to see South Asian culture represented in modern art, and creating this piece felt empowering to break that boundary and merge my culture with a typically western-style art. I feel proud to represent my Sikh culture through an art style that I admire. This piece was created using ink and contains a burgundy acrylic background mirroring the traditional red from an Indian bridal lengha. I was inspired by the @sunnysbridal wedding this week that I attended to post this piece of mine as well.

An original black and white graphite and charcoal portrait of the character Captain Rex from Star Wars. Unfortunately I couldnt fit the full scale on here. This piece makes me so proud because it demonstrated my progress in drawing with graphite, though I still have a long way to go still!

An older and more amateur quick sketch of mine of the character Spider Gwen from marvel comics, done in black and white with a mix if ink and charcoal. This piece was especially fun to create because at the time I was just starting to explore different ways to use charcoal while learning how to combine it with other materials.

One of my original black and white quick-sketch ink portraits of Harley Quinn from DC comics. This was an interesting change of style for me at the time since I was unfamiliar with comic book style art. However it made me extremely proud to have drawn one of my favorite characters from one of my favorite series, especially with a softer look like the cartoon Harley.
