POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I paint stories of feminine beauty and resilience. I coach women who are done waiting to feel ready. And I create oracle tools for the woman who knows something is guiding her — she just needs help listening.

These are the ways I share my magic with the world.

If any part of that made your heart beat a little faster — you're in exactly the right place.

If you're carrying a lot right now, comment ORACLE and I'll send you a link to my free quiz for a gentle way to slow down and hear what your intuition has been trying to tell you. ✨

With everything happening in the world right now, it really does sometimes feels absurd to share videos of me painting while others are suffering. The contrast sits heavy.

But Picasso painted during wartime. Dalí painted during wartime. Their work didn't stop the suffering — but it gave people something to hold onto.

This is what I can offer right now. Not answers. Just this. A reminder that beauty still exists and that letting it in is not a luxury. It's medicine. 🎨 by @jasleni

"THE KNOWING"

A woman gazes outward with quiet certainty. A great blue heron rests at her shoulder. Sacred circles frame her like a crown.

She's not searching for answers. She's remembering them.

30" x 40", acrylic on canvas.

Save this if she reminds you of someone you love, or someone you're becoming.

Comment PATTERNS and I'll send you everything on bringing her home. taken in Connecticut, USA by @jasleni

What an experience! The Bridge gifted me a wellness treatment where I got to do the Hyperbaric oxygen therapy AND the leg compression AND I got to connect with some of the people enjoying my art which is currently on display. If you're in Connecticut, you're going to want to experience this magic for yourself.

Join my mailing list to stay in the loop for upcoming events at The Bridge Healing Arts Center where we're gonna bringing all this healing goodness in combination with my La Caribeña Oracle Deck. You can join the list at Jasleni.com or in the link in my bio. by @jasleni

I told my niece I was just doodling. 😂 Really, I was drawing her, down to the buttons on her bag and the stickers on her water bottle. Her face when I showed her was the sweetest thing. 💛

This is what my mailing list is like: little true stories, a peek at what I’m painting, and first looks when something new is on the way, written like a note from a friend.

Comment LIST and I’ll send you the link to join. ✨

My dad’s beans are his pride and joy, and they’re very exclusive. 🌱 He only gives them to the friends and family he cherishes most, so if you ever get a bag, you are deeply loved. 💛

Harvest day with my parents, my husband, and my niece, all out in the yard together. These are the moments I’m most grateful for.

If you’d like more of the magic, art, stories, and sweet stuff, comment LIST and I’ll send you the link to join my mailing list. ✨

Meet our current cohort artists! Jasleni Brito, from Ellington, is a member of our 2026 Greater Hartford Capacity-Building Program and Project Grant cohort.

Jasleni Brito is a Dominican-American visual artist and coach based in Connecticut. Her paintings are figurative, surrealist, and unapologetically colorful, rich with pattern, symbolism, and spiritual meaning, and rooted in her heritage and her belief that we all have the right to take up space and tell our own stories. She is the creator of the La Caribeña Oracle Deck and has exhibited throughout Connecticut. Alongside her art, she guides women through her coaching practice, The Art of Becoming, helping them reconnect to their confidence and creativity. With the support of Assets for Artists, she is beginning her most ambitious body of work yet, a painting series exploring what it means to be American from her own point of view. You can find her work and her story at jasleni.com. 🌟
