The only way is 🆙

2 Homebases samt eigener Community mit meinen Liebsten & weiteren likedminded people only & nonprofit Sachen unterstützen. Ich komme! 🥹

Menschen buchen mich wegen mir & der Vielfalt die ich anzubieten habe & sie durch mich erfahren können. Für mich gibts da draußen nicht einen Markt, weil ich bin der Markt. Weil mir können sie auf Augenhöhe begegnen. 😊♥️🫂

Was ist deine Vision?
Warum tust du was du tust?

👉 PS: Your perception of me is a reflection of you 🪞🌝 by @jasmine.aspoeck

For me it’s following all my heart & soul callings. Like living by the sea & sunset coast, getting as much sunlight, blue & green for my eyes.. to have the horizon in front of me & mountains behind me. Having the freedom to create my days as I want, to work when I want & as much or less I want. To be able to spend as much quality time with my loved ones & to spread love.

👉 What is getting too much of my time right now & what‘s getting too little?

You heal trauma through a corrective new experience🫂‼️

The worst thing you can do to yourself is not living the life you wanna live & to not become the person you could be in this lifetime.

I believe we ALL can shift it all for ourselves if we are willing to do so.

👆Also dramatic & complicated dynamics to one that‘s deeply intimate & satisfying if both partners are willing to go on this journey together. Love heals!

Let‘s help each other heal.

All pieces can be healed bit by bit in a conscious intimate relationship, where both partners can hold each other‘s scared parts and give them what they are yearning for.

I believe that this is where real intimacy starts.
When we are attuned to our partner‘s needs.
When we don‘t judge but understand their behavior.
When we give them what they need to feel safe. Ask!

You CAN move towards a healthy, secure attachment style.
If you do it TOGETHER. Also remember if you would have a secure attachment-style, you would NOT feel attracted to someone who‘s not secure. YOU’ve been attracted to them - like attracts like! We are all mirrors. Life & people are our mirrors.

This is also the point where we have to understand that healing those pieces is only possible in relationship.

Yes, we can work on ourselves to a certain extend.

But those pattern are so super unconscious, most of it just comes up when we‘re really intimate with someone.

And we are not supposed to heal this on our own.

When two people come together who really trigger each other, it‘s a beautiful invitation to both of them to heal those parts in connection.

Same here, if you feel triggered by me or any other coach, healer, leader -its the right person for you to work with to face your trigger & heal it.❤️‍🔥 by @jasmine.aspoeck

They cross a boundary.
You react.
You become hurt, angry, distant, or overwhelmed.

And suddenly, the conversation is no longer about what they did.
It is about you.
Your emotions.
Your reaction.

You maybe find yourself explaining why you were hurt instead of being met with accountability for what hurt you.

And slowly, you begin to question yourself.
Was I too sensitive? Did I overreact? Should I have said it differently?
But pause for a moment.

Your reaction deserves reflection.
Their behaviour deserves accountability.
One does not cancel out the other.

You can take responsibility for how you express your pain without taking responsibility for someone else’s decision to hurt / disrespect / use you.

And someone who genuinely wants to repair a connection will be willing to look at both.

Not just at how their actions made you react, but at the actions themselves.

🙏 Take a moment to reflect 👇
🤔 Have you ever found yourself defending your reaction instead of being heard about what hurt you?

🤔 When conflict arises, is there room for both people’s experiences or does one person always end up taking the blame?

🤔 Have you ever questioned yourself so much that you lost sight of what actually happened?

🤔 Who ends up carrying the responsibility when something goes wrong in your relationships?

🤔 Does accountability go both ways or are you always the one expected to explain, apologise and make things right?

🤔 What would change if you could take responsibility for your reactions without taking responsibility for someone else’s behaviour?

You don’t have to share your story to learn from it. Sometimes, the first step is simply allowing yourself to ask a different question. 💛🫂💌 by @jasmine.aspoeck

Knowledge is power. And awareness can be protection.
Educate yourself and the women around you.

Before it happens to YOU or someone you love (again).
Especially if it has happened before. ‼️🙏

I wish I had heard about it all before.
Share this with every woman, pleeease. 🥺
To protect them. ❤️‍🩹

And I’m here. 🌹
My DMs are open. 💌

REMEMBER:
Being emotionally intelligent doesn’t make you immune to emotional abuse. Being emotionally safe yourself doesn’t mean everyone you encounter is emotionally safe.

These people I‘m talking about here (abusers & narcissistics) are none of that‼️

You feel & see it on how they treat you when you say NO

You can see all the patterns to regonize them if you google DARVO 🤯

So educate yourself about it DARVO, Gaslighting, Love Bombing, the hot&cold cycle 🙏 STAY AWAY from them also if they they do boundary testing or they tell you words without changed behaviour! RUN!

This doesn’t happen because a woman is weak, foolish or lacking self-respect.

It can happen to intelligent women. Successful women. Educated women. Independent women. Confident women.

You are not smarter, stronger or better than the woman it happened to.

You may simply have been lucky enough never to cross paths with someone who knows how to manipulate trust.

So please, before judging a woman for staying, ask yourself whether you understand what she’s actually navigating.

Abuse doesn’t always look like abuse.
It can enter through charm, affection, attention, vulnerability and promises of a beautiful connection.

Until the dynamic slowly changes.
Until you start questioning yourself instead of questioning their behaviour.
Until you find yourself apologising for things you didn’t do, defending things you don’t believe in and feeling responsible for someone else’s actions.

Someone who repeatedly ignores your NO is not misunderstanding your boundaries. They’re violating them.

Your NO is not an invitation to negotiate.
Your NO does not need an explanation.
And giving in is not the same as freely consenting.

WHEN NO DOESN’T MEAN NO TO HIM,
THAT’S THE PROBLEM. ❤️‍🩹

Once you see it all - you can’t unsee it ‼️

👆ON REPEAT 🤯 One moment, he makes you feel like a Queen.
Desired
Cherished
Beautiful
Special
Welcome
..

He makes you feel wanted, comfortable.
He gives you affection, attention and tenderness.
You feel the connection.
You see the good in him.

And then, something changes.
The same person who made you feel so good - crosses your boundaries.
He dismisses your feelings.
He makes you question your own experience.
He turns your reaction into the problem.
He tells you that you’re playing the victim.
And suddenly, you’re no longer the Queen.
You’re the problem.
You’re too sensitive.
You’re overreacting.
You’re the one who needs to explain herself.

And when you dare to speak about what happened, he feels attacked. He denies your experience. He is even threatening you if you dare to tell the truth about what just happend‼️🚩

This is the disorienting part: the person who made you feel cherished is now making you feel small, confused & scares you. So you try to leave..

And then, sometimes, the tenderness returns. He changes roles
He treats you well again.
The connection feels beautiful.
You laugh together.
You feel close.
You don’t want to leave anymore.

And you wonder:
How can someone who makes me feel so good also make me feel this way?

You remember the Queen.
You want to believe in the Queen.
You want to stay in the moments that feel beautiful and forget the moments that hurt and scared you. All the moments you were about to leave & all the moments you isolated yourself & avoided these manipulative, gross, needy, energy vampires.

But here’s what I want you to remember:
You don’t have to decide whether someone is a Queen-maker or a Monster. You have to look at the whole pattern of how they treat you.

The beautiful moments can be real.
And the harm can be real, too.

One does not erase the other.
You can feel attracted to someone who has hurt you.
You can miss someone who has crossed your boundaries.
You can enjoy their tenderness and still recognise that their behaviour has made you feel unsafe.

This doesn’t make you weak.
It doesn’t mean you wanted to be hurt.
And it doesn’t mean you are choosing to be a victim.

Have you ever felt that the deeper you heal, the harder it becomes to stay silent about the things that matter❓😬❤️‍🔥❤️‍🩹🪽

Not because you have all the answers. Not because you want to prove anyone wrong. But because something within you no longer allows you to look away.

I’m learning that integrity isn’t about getting everything right, keeping everyone happy, or making sure everyone understands my side of the story.

It’s about staying connected to your values when things get uncomfortable.

Knowing when to speak and when to pause. When to hold a boundary & when to release the need to be understood. Remaining open without abandoning yourself.

Kindness doesn’t require self-abandonment. Compassion doesn’t mean accepting everything. & choosing peace doesn’t mean pretending nothing happened.

I’m human. I’m learning. I’m still finding my way through my own fears, experiences & blind spots.

But I don’t want to live as a slave to fear, money, followers, approval or even my own ego.

😌I want to use my voice to bring awareness, to question what we’ve normalised & to help create spaces where people feel safe enough to be human.

Where boundaries are respected‼️
Where harm isn’t minimised‼️
& where we don’t look away simply because doing something against it to make a space 100% safe again & speaking up is uncomfortable or the truth is bad for business‼️

Because healing isn’t only about what happens within us.
It’s also about how we choose to show up for one another. 🙌

You don’t have to share your story before you’re ready.
You don’t have to have the perfect words.
& you don’t have to navigate everything alone.

But perhaps we can begin by listening more deeply, reflecting more honestly & finding the courage to stand beside those who have been hurt, silenced or taken advantage of. 🙏

We cannot call ourselves awake
if we remain asleep or ignorant to the suffering of others‼️

My prayer is that we become more rooted in truth, guided by God, and courageous enough to choose integrity even when it costs us comfort, approval or belonging. 🙏

And if you feel safe to do so, I’d love to hear from you. 💌

I’m here to be your safe space online & offline. 🥹🫂

What makes someone a safe dance partner?
And what makes an entire dance floor safe?

My favorite and safest male dance partner these days? Coco. 🐶

❌ He doesn’t lick me, kiss me, rub himself against me, jump on me, breathe heavily or moan in my ear, suggest cuddles or massages on the side, or try to move the dance to the bedroom.

🙏 He has his primal energy and sexual urges under control.
🤩 He’s genuinely just here to dance.

And yet, what should be the bare minimum ‼️
seems to be too much to ask for
in some social dance spaces/dancers.

Sexual assault. Sexual harassment. Non-consensual behavior. Boundary violations. Inappropriate sexual behavior.

These are not just isolated incidents to brush off, laugh about, or accept as “part of the dance scene.” 😡

When unwanted touching, sexual advances, ignored boundaries and inappropriate behavior are tolerated, normalized or met with no consequences, it becomes a problem for us women. It’s traumatising!

Silence protects the behavior.
Looking the other way enables it.

And telling people to simply accept it as part of the culture makes it even harder for those affected to feel safe enough to speak up.

Dancing is not consent‼️
A dance is not an invitation to anything beyond that dance. ❌

After taking another step back from the social dance scene because of the sexual harassment, boundary violations and non-consensual behavior I’ve experienced and witnessed a lot, I‘m keeping it simple.

I want spaces where people can dance, connect, express themselves and enjoy the music without having to be afraid of unwanted sexual behavior or defend their boundaries.

Spaces where consent is respected & practiced‼️
harmful behavior is addressed, survivors are protected & supported
and accountability is more than just a word.

When you can control your lust & sexual energy you can control everything else in your life & it all gets better.

Until then, I choose to dance with those who have my heart
myself, my friends and Coco. 🐶❤️

What makes someone a safe dance partner to you❓
And what makes an entire dance floor safe❓

#zouk #socialdance #consent #saferspaces #accountability by @jasmine.aspoeck

The courage to see things as they are.
Accountability. Truth. Self-trust.

Imagine how different our relationships would be if we could acknowledge the impact of our behavior without immediately becoming defensive.

If we could apologize without making excuses.

Listen without preparing our defense.

Take responsibility without collapsing into shame.

We all have blind spots.

We all have the capacity to hurt people,
even when we never intended to.

But accountability also means being willing to look beyond our own perspective and recognize how our actions affect the people around us.

And the same honesty we extend inward
matters when we look at our relationships.

Sometimes, we spend years trying to communicate better, love harder, become less sensitive, more understanding, more patient.

We question ourselves.
We search for better words.
We keep trying to be understood.

But healing also means recognizing when we’re repeatedly abandoning ourselves in the hope of finally being heard❣️

You can take responsibility for your impact without taking responsibility for someone else’s behavior.

You can have compassion without excusing harm.
You can acknowledge your mistakes without accepting a version of reality that isn’t yours.

And you can stop trying to convince someone of your truth without becoming bitter or losing your capacity to love.

Compassion asks us to understand what shaped a person.
Responsibility asks us to acknowledge what happens next.

The goal isn’t to become someone who is never affected by others.

It’s to become someone who can take accountability, recognize unhealthy dynamics, honor their truth, and stop betraying themselves to keep the peace.

Where in your life are you being invited to take more accountability and where are you being invited to stop abandoning yourself❓

Save this as a reminder, or share it with someone who needs it.
🫂🙏💛

#Accountability #SelfTrust #EmotionalMaturity #HealthyBoundaries #SelfAbandonment by @jasmine.aspoeck

I’ve always been the lighthouse and the lifeboat for others. And maybe my next chapter is learning that I deserve both, too.

It’s part of who I am, and something I deeply love about myself. 🥰Being able to hold space for others, see them beyond their pain, remind them of who they are when they’ve lost sight of it, and be there when life gets heavy.

But I’m learning that I don’t have to be everything for everyone.

I can be a light without having to rescue.
I can love without carrying.
I can hold space without holding everything together.
I can care deeply without becoming responsible for someone else’s healing.

I want to keep my heart open, always.
But I also want to learn when to give, when to receive, when to offer my hand, and when to trust someone to find their own way.

Because there’s a difference between
being needed and being genuinely seen, loved and held, too.

Even the people who guide others through the darkness
have storms of their own.

Life is lifing, always in all ways.

Even the strongest souls deserve a safe harbour, a helping hand, and someone who reminds them they don’t have to navigate everything alone. 🫂🪽

Sometimes we’re the lighthouse.
Sometimes we’re the lifeboat.
And sometimes we’re the ones standing in the middle of the storm, hoping to find a little light ourselves.

We don’t always have to be strong, have the answers, or
turn every experience into a lesson before we’re allowed to feel it.

We, too, are worthy of the care we so freely give to others.

Yes, we are all worthy.

Perhaps the beauty isn’t in always knowing the way, but
in learning that we can find our way together. 🫂🪽

Remember life is the greatest teacher
& we humans need each other.

Also you are not an energy source for people who
refuse to do their inner work!!

Always. In all ways.
🥹💞🌺💫 by @jasmine.aspoeck

Genuine goodness isn’t just about how someone treats you when they want something from you. ❌

It’s how they treat people who can do nothing for them. 💯

How they walk into the room, how they are greeting people.. 👀

How they behave when nobody is watching. 🙉

Whether they can acknowledge when they’ve hurt someone, respect a boundary, and take accountability without being forced to.

It’s the difference between someone who wants to be perceived as a good person and someone who is actually committed to being one. 😌❤️‍🔥🫂

Patterns of behaviour tell you more
than words ever will.

People will admire your depth
until it's time to swim in it.

They'll praise your wisdom
until it holds them accountable.

They'll love your light until it illuminates something within themselves they'd rather not face. 🪞

I pay attention to how people respond when I say no. 😌❌

Whether they can hold space without judgment.
Whether they can celebrate someone else's happiness without comparison.
Whether they can repair a rupture instead of rewriting the story to protect their ego.

I'm learning that the right people don't just enjoy your light. They respect your humanity, too. 🥹

They show up differently.
They support you differently.
They make room for your growth without making you feel guilty for changing.

Build a circle of people who are genuine, emotionally mature, compassionate, and safe to be yourself around. 🙏

People who check on you,
grow alongside you, and
genuinely wish you well.
💞🥹🫂🪽

Not perfect people.
People who are willing to take responsibility for the impact they have on others.

Because genuine connection isn't about never getting it wrong. It's about what happens when we do.

Have you ever mistaken someone’s image of goodness for genuine integrity❓

What does genuine goodness look like to you❓

Do you pay more attention to what people say or how they actually treat others❓

Have you ever seen someone’s true character revealed by how they treated others❓

Do you believe how someone treats people they have nothing to gain from tells you everything you need to know❓ by @jasmine.aspoeck

A thief is after my possessions. A liar is after my reality.

A thief can take what belongs to me, but a liar tries to change what I believe, what I remember & what I know to be true.

That is why honesty is more than a virtue.
It is respect. Integrity is more than keeping your word.
It is protecting the trust someone placed in you.

Because once the truth is questioned,
every word that follows loses its value.

The core of this is powerful:

A lie doesn’t just distort the truth;
it can undermine someone’s trust in their own perception of reality.

What makes dishonesty so damaging isn’t
only that someone has withheld the truth.

It’s that you’ve been making decisions, forming memories, & offering trust based on information that wasn’t real.

& there’s an important distinction: a mistake isn’t necessarily a lie.

This goes far beyond what people are usually willing to acknowledge.

We don't talk enough about how some men will fake that they are looking & ready for their lifepartner when they are not at all!

They fake wanting xyz or make someone believe xyz just to have s€x with them.

That's not consensual either🚩
Thats build on a lie & manipulating someones emotions, trust, hope. Zero integrity

And when someone makes decisions about intimacy based on a reality you've deliberately fabricated, we need to have an honest conversation about what consent actually means❣️

Because consent is not just about whether someone said yes. It's also about the circumstances, the deception, & the reality someone was led to believe.

People can remember things differently, misunderstand situations, or be wrong without deliberately deceiving anyone.

The deeper breach of integrity is knowingly distorting the truth, denying what happened, or manipulating someone into doubting what they know.

Honesty is what allows trust to exist.
Accountability is what allows trust to be rebuilt.
& sometimes, the most painful realization isn’t that someone lied to you. It’s realizing how much of your reality you built around believing them.

Honesty is one of my top values.
It always has been.

Together with connection, health, love, growth, freedom.

What about you?👇💌🫂
& do you lie? by @jasmine.aspoeck
